Had to wait 6 weeks for my order and didn’t receive any notification as to why my order was late

Poor customer service. Nearly 7 weeks for an order to arrive

This company are awful! Don’t get me wrong, MOST of the kit they produce is amazing but some of it just feels horrendously tacky! And they have THE WORST customer service system ever!

I was told my order would arrive within 4 weeks but it took 6 and I didn’t get a single reply to any of my emails to Rhino PLUS now that it has arrived I’m missing items anyway! Most ridiculously overpriced and useless company I’ve ever had to deal with, STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Great jacket and excellent service from Rhino

The colour of one of the items i ordered looked different to how they appeared on the website. The Rhino amended this for me tight away. Clothes are good quality

Shirt is good but it took a long time to get here

Terrible customer service and very slow delivery. They refused to send a partial order because they had to get one item printed. However, they took payment straight away. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely awful. Messed up the logo and name of our team. Takes ages to reply to emails. Takes ages for kit to arrive. Doesn’t respond to complaints

The quality of the products were great and fast delivery only downside was the postage was not made clear until checkout.

The hoodie was for my nephew who lives in Inverness and is a huge Highland RFC fan, the fact I could get his initials printed on the hoodie was a bonus and was top quality.
It took 4 weeks to come, which is exactly what Rhino said it would and no issues with delivery of the item.

Quality is really nice but the sizing is completely off. My husband isn’t skinny but he’s certainly not XXL. His waist is 34!. It was tight across shoulders, arms and chest. Very disappointing as this is the largest size! For a Rugby clothing company I wonder whether these will actually fit anyone who plays rugby! As I say DISAPPOINTING

Good website only issue is when purchasing products it automatically adds 2 into your basket. May only be a problem when using a phone but still needs looked into
