I thought a reconditioned LG tv which I couldn’t add to my basket online so I called the telesales team. That basically put me through to will in the stoke branch of richer sounds. He was brilliant and helped me navigate the options. I was genuinely impressed and made me committed to buying from richer sounds again in future.

Will goes that extra mile getting pricing on items that they rarely stock at prices that are very competitive. Even going so far as to have staff deliver some of my orders free of charge to my local home.

Ordered tv over the phone. Didnt have to pay on ordering. Discussed delivery options and was told when tv would be in the shop. I got an email as promised when it arrived. I picked it up a couple of days later and it was carried to my car for me. All straightforward.
