The usual Richer Sounds experience - need I say more; used them for 30 years and wouldnt shop anywhere else 😁👍

I have been been a customer at richer sounds for years now and every purchase has been a pleasure and the latest a 55 inch LG c5 tv that will at the Hanley branch recommend is fantastic thanks again Paul 👍🏻

Excellent and well trained staff .
Customer service was second to none .
They didn’t have in stock what I wanted, but it was ordered and delivered without delay the following afternoon .

I purchased my TV online and chose to collect in store, I was kept upto date with the delivery to store and when it arrived I was contacted by the store themselves.
Upon collection of the TV I had a great chat with the sales guys in store and also purchased a wall mount from there recommendation while there.
Great service from start to finish even carried the TV to my car, will definitely us again. 👍

Great customer service, every thing that was promised was delivered on. Chris at Hanley made everything simple and worked with my timescales to give me everything I asked for, all with a can do attitude. My first major purchase from Richer Sounds, I know now why my friends say once you’ve used RS you never go anywhere else.

There's a reason Richersounds are still selling HiFi and AV equipment where others have disappeared. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff who aren't pushy. The staff are passionate about giving the customer what they want and give genuine advice. There is a good selection of products, prices are competitive and many include a 6 year warranty

Hanley staff very knowledgeable and gave a very good overview of the Hifi systems available and the pros and cons of each make and model, at all price breaks. Really happy with the system I bought to start me off, Wiim amp with Dali Sonik speakers, highly recommend Richer Sounds, previously also bought TV’s from them

Needed a replacement TV after ours decided it didn’t want to work anymore. We looked around for an LG model and found it available at Richer Sounds, who price matched and also knocked a further £10 off.

The TV was delivered to store the following day and was collected. Upon get the TV home I noticed it was damaged beyond repair straight out of the box. 1 phone call and an email later and a new set was already being dispatched for home delivery the following day.

The following day DPD delivered the replacement tv and collected the damaged set. Upon taking the new tv out of the underaged box and setting it up, again I noticed it was damaged with the smallest of marks on the side of the panel and a broken display. Again, a quick phone call and email and a replacement TV was dispatched for next day delivery.

The following day the replacement set was delivered and thankfully this one was perfect.

Really can’t fault the customer service of the staff at Richer Sounds Hanley. They sorted out several issues without any fuss or quibble. Would highly recommend them and will definitely returning when we need further audio/visual products. Thank you Leigh, Alex and the rest of the team that were on hand to help.
