Great service, advice, and a good deal of patients from Steve at the Holborn store.
My order was placed very late in the day and still a next day delivery was promised and met.
Steve reassured me about the compatability between my existing speakers and a new amplifier.

In some ways going into Richer Sounds makes me sad because it shows how good other retail outlets could and should be. They have amazing customer service from staff who know what they’re talking about. If you have a problem they *phone you* to put it right. It’s like going in a shop from a time when shops cared about what they sold and what you bought. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Bought £2k TV with free soundbar and promised price would be held till next day and I think manager in Southgate said he couldn't so paid higher price for TV. Decided to buy headphones . Walked into Southgate , staff serving customer. Waited . Manager who served me walked out back and ignored me so had to go to Holborn to put hase. Staff really tried to help. Bought because fiio 21 with iem sounded bad ..asked staff if he'd help set it up and he agreed , but over ear sounds great so will probably just sell iem.
