The supply and prompt delivery were excellent. Paying for the product proved difficult and I eventually was charged twice! However I noticed this on my bank account and a refund was quickly given.

I would like to say thank you to Dan at the Southgate branch of Richer Sounds for his help and advice when purchasing a Marantz CD 6007 to replace a failed 6004. After much discussion of many things it was ordered and arrived the next day in-store when I also purchased some 0.5 meter layline interconnect cables.
As some else mentioned in the reviews the CD 6007 has 2 filter options and options for the amp as well, filter 2 works well for me and it plays a rather scratched war of the worlds cd without jumping to another track. Overall I am really pleased with this player.

You supplied what I was looking for at a good price, and as your shop is quite near to where I live it was easy to collect what I bought.

I bought some KEF speakers and subwoofer and was liaising with Corrina in Southgate Richer Sounds who has been extremely helpful in explaining the products and also giving a very competitive pricing. Great experience overall.

Dan was the employee and he was very friendly and had some great advice. Really happy with the q acoustic speakers, they sounds amazing and just got some matching stands that make them sing! Got some half price speaker cable and dan showed me how to add banana clips to the centre cable which was great!

Ordering by phone was easy. Service at the shop was very qick, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the TV I bought.

Brilliant service from Mak at Southgate branch and Richer Sounds more widely. I have had four Samsung TVs over the years from them and most recently one failed during its 4th year. Their 6 year warranty was a no quibble affair, TV was replaced completely, with Mak overseeing a quick and painfree replacement. Wouldn't go anywhere else than RS.

Increasingly Richer does not seem to hold anything I am wanting in stock. It would be nice to see something you fancy on the website, trot down to the shop and take it away instantly.
I do understand why this happens but I like instant gratification, not waiting a few days till getting it.
There wasn't a demo model in stock so I had to buy blind. Now I have the unit (Denon AVR S770) I do like it, it sounds good and the price was very affordable. Service in the store was friendly and helpful.

i have been a richer sounds customer for many years and i have bought at least4 tvs. my last LG lasted almost 20 years so when i needed a new tv i went straight to richer sounds for a reasonable price and 6 year guarantee ,peace of mind

Rang the Southgate shop prior to their opening time and the phone was answered. I ask the woman who answered the phone a few questions about the TV and then explained that I was buying as a moving in present for my son and needed it delivered on a certain time on a certain day. All done - no fuss.
The most interesting thing was that my son said out of all the companies he dealt with in relation to any deliveries on his move that Richer Sounds were the best to deal with and even had a call after delivery to check all went well.

I have been buying from Richer Sounds for over 30 years (i think) my first purchase was from their London Bridge Store.

Problem with the home delivery despite me being at home. My package was redirected to the nearest Richer Sound store and I picked up my streamer the following day.

Me and my wife went in-store in Southgate North London for a new TV. We did not have to wait long to be served. The person that served us was knowledgeable and patient. He explained options. Pros and cons. We knew what we wanted anyway and he matched our requirements.
The delivery process was flawless. We were kept informed as to the delivery time and the TV was delivered in good time. The package was in good condition and so was the contents.
We are still getting used to the many features on the TV. We are satisfied with it, so far.
