I know other people have mentioned the lead time to delivery ... I received my case within 48 hours over a weekend and had regular updates during this time.

Whilst I have not travelled yet with the case, I have compared it VERY closely to the brand that clearly is the inspiration for RIIGID (whose original products I own and use regularly) and I can see that the build quality and features are very similar if not the same to that brand.

I would certainly be happy to endorse RIIGID to others looking for a similar product to "the aluminium luggage company with the grooves" at a much more reasonable price point.

I ordered my first 20” carry on to see if the quality was as they advertised!
I just received my second carry on this time the 22inch size! I am super happy with the free shipping and the solid build and quality!!
In fact thinking about buying another for my son !

Do not buy from this company. Total scammers. Suitcase is very poor quality nd broke on using it for the 1st time. Sent a brown suitcase label instead of black. I have been trying to contact them for a month. All you get is a voice bot. Life time guarantee is a total scam as you cannot get hold of anyone in Riigid to send it back. Went on Companies house and the managing director will not answer the phone. When you ask to speak to him, they put the phone down. Total scammers. American Express are looking into this company after so many complaints to them

If it's too good to be true, it is...

I saw their ad on instagram for a black friday deal. same 50% off they're currently running which makes me think they just jack up prices and then mark it down to create demand. Everything about it is bad. I got the black aluminum carry on and trunk. The trunk dented, one of the straps on the inside that secures the items popped off, and the middle clip does not connect securely. And one of the locks and clips on the carry on broke after the first trip. I submitted a warranty claim and they said they would send me the parts and I can fix it myself. Just burned money, I won't even donate this luggage. Straight to the dump!

I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I absolutely love it, it is really high quality and just like the photos. Having customer service reps to contact with any questions was really good as the locking system does not come with instructions and they are very fast to reply and follow up to ensure you have no further questions. It did take 10 days to come but that wasn't too bad and definitely work it for the quality so just take in mind that you give 1-2 weeks for delivery

The quality is amazing. The matte finish on the silver case looks incredible premium.

I have been following this business for sometime on the socials and the idea of a Rimowa style case without the crazy price tag was very appealing. I read some negative comments and reviews but as always I ultimately took the decision to purchase a 20” case on in silver, rather than let reviews decide for me. The item was delivered within 48 hours which was unexpected. The case is amazing, great quality, looks amazing and everything I had hoped for.
Sometimes you have to ignore all the negativity and do what you want to do.

It took me a while before I decided to order. I have Rimowa cases which are brilliant but expensive. I was a bit sceptical that Riigid would be up to scratch (I ordered the 22") but it is. It's not quite to the same level but for the price, it's brilliant. We'll have to see how it stands up to my travel itinerary but I'm sure it'll deliver. I wish I'd taken an additional one.

Run don't waste your time‼️ Thisvis some temu drop shipping warehouse garbage low quality merchandise is being advertised and sold as top notch premium products... the customer service department is a joke you may get a reply or it may take a few days for one and then your issues will be ignored not taken seriously... buyer be warehouse you've been warned I went through the bs so you don't have too... biggest regret ever just ho deal with a reputable brand and for 2 or $300 more get a quality case from a real company who stands behind their products and it's quality...

I ordered two 20” carry on cases. When they arrived they looked good but they were 22” in 20” packaging!! Unfortunately I have to fly with Ryanair so they are no use to me. I have been contacted by Jude ( the self styled owner of Riigid), Jhai and Katherine from ‘Customer Service’ ( that’s a laugh!). Nothing happens! Consequently I have had to buy a 20” elsewhere.Somebody said on here that they act like a scam company. That may be true but with my experience with them I think they are just totally incompetent and should not be in business! STAY CLEAR !

Ordering was easy, the process was transparent, communication helpful - and most importantly, the product is what was promised. High quality, I love it.

I purchased the Mini suitcase and have been using it to transport electronic equipment. Overall, it has performed very well and offers excellent value for the price. My only criticism is that the interior materials look and feel somewhat inexpensive, which detracts slightly from the overall quality. Aside from that, it is a great suitcase for its price point.

I was informed black luggage labels would be included with the purchase of my 2 black carry on wheelie bags, but brown ones were sent. Contacted 'Jhai' from customer service who said black was out of stock and would be sent asap when back in stock. Since then no contact and no response to my emails. This company acts like a scam company, and I would advise against ever using them for any purchase. The director Jude Alexander Samuel appears to open and close companies at will to avoid any responsibility. AVOID!!

At first, I purchased 22” carry-on and received it a few days later.The carry-on is quite solid, durable and look very good. However,I found it bigger than I expected. I contacted the team to exchange it for the smaller 20”. It was a very smooth exchange. The team was really helpful. Really recommend RIIGID to be your next travel partner. Haven’t used it yet but the experience with the team alone makes me trust this brand. Looking forward to using on my next travels.

I recently purchased the 20” silver carry-on from Riigid, and overall I’m quite satisfied with the product. The suitcase looks very sleek and well-designed, and the build quality feels good. The wheels are especially smooth, making it very easy to move around, and I also really like the interior layout, which is practical and well thought out.
However, one issue I experienced was that I was promised a free gift bag, which unfortunately I did not receive. This was a bit disappointing and affected my overall experience.
