My experience was awful for many reasons.
1. It was insisted that I sign a consent for treatment before speaking with the provider “just in case”
2. Before the treatment, the pros and cons of the procedure was not discussed
3. The provider decided to go through with the treatment without my approval
4. I only found out about the administration of treatment when I was trying to console my crying daughter. I found out because my daughter started saying no no no while swatting her dress down and noticed the PA was lifting up my daughters dress and spraying her with liquid nitrogen. My daughter’s area of concern was her knees and I specifically told the PA NOT her stomach.
5. When I expressed my concerns to the office administrator Judy, she not only had no remorse for the actions, she said the burden was on me to stop the PA from the nonsense treatment that was occurring in secret
6. My only request was an apology to my daughter and Judy rolled her eyes and said “you want any apology, to a four year old?”
7. I was told by the office manager that she would escalate my concerns to someone else in Clearwater and I would hear by the end of the day. No one has reached out

I need someone to speak with me and make actionable change, or I will continue to do my due diligence to right these very many wrongs.

Doctors and staff are very helpful and professional, especially Kathy, who was sensitive to my lack of knowledge about the outcome(s) of my condition and the insurance protocols. She addressed my concerns with patience and care. I am so grateful for her insight and most professional assistance.

Fake website scammer i placed order on 27 MAY not yet received tracking details. FAKE SCAMMER WEBSITE. Then i call him they sad we dont responsible for this.
Not buying from this website.They scam with me $335.20.
