Sold our riverside house with RiverHomes. They gave a great valuation, above the competitors and most importantly got people across the door and found a buyer. They guided us through some complexities that arose during the sale and were always available when needed. Simon and Francis were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again.

As a landlord, Riverhomes have been really helpful to me. I've had some great tenants and Riverhomes has ensured that they have been satisfied with the flat. They therefore keep the place in great condition and it has been easy to get tenants subsequently.

I've also had tricky tenants and Riverhomes have done all the correspondence on my behalf and managed complicated situations sensitively and fairly to both parties.

I would highly recommend Riverhomes for any waterside property sales. They were professional from start to finish, treating my property and the sales process with respect and care. It was important to me that potential buyers were treated well too, as they will be the ones owning our much loved home. From Francis putting me at ease with the initial evaluation and talking me through the process, to Simon who arranged and managed all the viewings impeccably. I was offered a lot of options to fit around me. Their advice, knowledge and experience is invaluable. I cannot thank them enough.

We bought a houseboat through River Homes. Simon was very friendly & gave us confidence in the process of buying. He was easy to get hold off, which was essential for us. A very good experience, we love the boat, and we’d go through River Homes again.

I thought the Ian and Caroline were excellent at River Homes. They always responded to my calls. They were very reassuring during the ups and downs of our sale. They are a great team.

River Homes, in particular Sue Day, provided by far the best service I have received from an estate agent over the 45 years that I have dealt with estate agents.

This agency is ordinary agency. Until its standard procedure, all good. But they are unable to demonstrates simple humanity and flexibility.
And be aware of agency owner having personal relationship with Goat Wharf landlord as this will reflect on ripping you off if there is a chance.
Be very aware what you are signing. As I asked for Brake Clause, which was ignored and because I trusted it was included as discussed, had to pay them fees that never supposed to be paid. 4 lawyers advised charges are not right.

Sue (our agent) was the most professional, understanding and kind human being. She worked exceptionally hard to help us with the purchase. You just don’t get agents like that anymore. She did everything she could to secure our purchase. She didn’t have to but she did go above and beyond to help us. The response levels are very prompt and you can always get help whenever however small the query is.

Annabel and Sara at River Homes were great. I live outside the UK and they were very helpful dealing with any issue, big or small. This was particularly important as I wasn't always there to deal with things myself.
Always professional, always friendly, always available.
