RJ Living Opiniones

Beautiful, a real statement piece.

Great quality, and a lovely cut of marble. I'd highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a touch of marble to add to their home.

Very responsive and fabric swatches are super helpful to see what the fabric looks and feels like in person

Beautiful couch piece that we added to 2 smaller berg pieces purchased 2 years ago. Easy to clean, colours well represented in photos. Couch is very firm to begin with but does become softer and more comfortable overtime without compromising its integrity.
Customer service didn’t update on delivery date after purchase (which was months) however we know this about the brand and closer to delivery they reach out.

Natalie at the Hawthorn showroom was such a good help, I went in for a quote on a few pieces then a couple months later went back in for another quote on more items and she remembered my face! Was so friendly and helpful

I love my turn side table. Great size and it’s a solid oak beautiful piece and the easiest piece of furniture I’ve ever assembled. Pickup of item was seamless & customer service was fantastic too

Still waiting for a delivery paid in full in November last year. The product sat in delivery dispatch for 3 weeks over Christmas with various reasons why it could not be delivered. When it finally arrived at end of January the label on the box was correct and in line with the order but on unpacking it was a completely different colour to the order. On contacting RJLiving we were promised a pickup and delivery of correct product at end of April. Still waiting and have now been told mid June. So disappointed….
Two weeks later
Success (shame it took a grumble on Trustpilot though)! RJ organised a delivery from Melbourne which was very appreciated. Finally have my new tables in correct colour. Thank you. I do love them. So nice to receive them before they went out of fashion.
However, the whole experience will mean I probably won’t buy anything from them again. Thanks to those who helped sort this unfortunate scenario.

Love, love, love my new chest of drawers and bedsides! Excellent quality and looks amazing in my bedroom. Delivery service was fantastic. I was a little worried there may be some damage having them delivered all the way to Perth, but they were very well packaged and protected.

Absolutely love my new coffee table but when I ordered didn’t realise it wasn’t in stock so had to wait over 3 1/2 months and updates from RJ weren’t regular so I had to call

Great service & follow up! Excellent product, well manufactured and very comfortable.

Very happy with my rug, it is high quality and looks great in my living room! I opted to pick up the rug from the warehouse, which was straight forward, staff were very helpful.

RJ living were a great company to order furniture through

Product is beautiful quality however the bed frame was missing two screw holes (thankfully spare screws were provided). Delivery timeframes were extended and took longer than advised.

Very happy with the stool. Arrived within the estimated timeframe.

I emailed about a rug I was interested in buying as we live in WA and was worried about delivery times. I received a phone call straight back to say they can hold the rug for me and confirmed a delivery date, which I was very happy about.

Great product and service from RJ living! The team in the Hawthorn showroom were wonderful to deal with!

Who would have thought you could love a cushion so much?! It is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for to compliment my new sofa.

Beautiful rug. Purchased in the 3x4 for a large space to ground the space and it works perfectly. Very tactile and rich in colour. Very much enhances the space.

The customer service is 10/10. Quick response and customer satisfaction guaranteed.

We were delighted to receive these beautiful oak shelves in perfect condition and see what lovely quality they are. They are perfect either side of our bed and great space savers.
