RJ Living Opiniones

Love it! Statement for the house!

The customer service team were polite each time I contacted them.
The furniture arrived after the original date promised at time of purchase, which was dissappointing. Bought early November promised before Christmas and arrived after the New year.
The delivery driver was a polite gentleman, however he was by himself which meant he struggled to get these large and heavy pieces onto his dolly. We were a bit scared they were going to be damaged, but the packaging was excellent, so the furniture was undamaged.
The furniture is lovely, the modular lounge pieces we bought to build our sofa fit well in a tricky room in which columns break up the space.
The eucalyptus colour is cool, calming and contemporary, yet nod’s to the 70’s. The lounge is slightly firm but very comfortable, (we have all had a snooze on the lounge.)
The entertainment unit and sideboard are elegant minimal pieces in oak with push open doors.
We are happy with our RJ Living furniture.

In May I ordered a Settle desk (in stock) which eventually was delivered in late June. Apparently the warehouse was being relocated so customer orders were not shipped. There was no communication.
The desk is solid timber and well constructed. The aesthetic is let down by the lower grade timber on the surface which has numerous unattractive knots. I would consider the quality to be a little above the Ikea solid timer pieces at a disproportionate higher price point.

Interesting when I attempted to leave a review that was. Less than 5 stars it didn’t appear on the website as the reviews are managed by a marketing company.

I would have given RJ 4 stars if not for my and others similar experiences, lack of transparency and their selective filtering of reviews.

Great quality timber piece. Very solid construction. Only negative was delivery experience which was done by a single driver with poor quality equipment to handle almost 100kg box and 2.65m length. Had to help lift and push up a steep driveway otherwise it would not have made it out of the tiny truck.

Very happy with these stunning pieces and speedy delivery from RJ living.

pretty easy in all aspects of communication and service

Excellent quality product

Great product, wonderful customer service. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Great styles to choose from, and well priced for solid American oak & natural oak veneer. Easy process to contact RJ Living support for questions. Happy with the service and about to order two more bedside tables.

We had a delivery problem..due mainly to large furniture and stairs.
Upsetting for us due to Xmas urgency. However Rj living did their utmost to FIX.
Thanks to Nissa who "calmed" us .. everything worked out.
I was actually impressed with the customer service in the end - so thank you Nissa.
(My second big purchase from them).

Fast delivery, great packaging. Quality product.

Beautiful quality. So much better than I could have hoped for. It looks amazing in my space. The shipping was fast. It was easy to assemble. The only downside was one of the shelves is missing a small part to hold it in place. Looking forward to ordering again soon

What made my experience great was the Sales Consultant Anna at Melbourne showroom!
I’d seen the Fossil rug at Weave Suppliers, however Anna went above & beyond to answer my multiple queries, organise delivery, which was prompt & as promised & offer me a great discount + sent through an invoice to click & pay directly online - too easy !
No matter how good products are, the service must be of the highest quality as was Anna’s, before I will spend the $$$

Great quality and fast delivery. A wonderfully comfortable and impressive chair!

Great products and really knowledgeable staff who communicate well. The turn around was timely especially at a very busy time of year. Both the showroom and online experiences were really important and the online reflects the products and colours exactly.

Product arrived on time and delivered to room as requested. Well made piece of furniture

The rug is beautiful, feels great underfoot and the colour was accurate to what was shown on screen. Overall a high quality rug and we are very very happy with it. Highly recommend!

Very happy with our Muse entertainment unit. Beautiful, solid piece of furniture. Convenient delivery service, however, the product did come in an awful lot of packaging.

Really great solid oak TV unit. Suits our house perfectly and no need to assemble
