Road Mate came out to me within 30 minutes and replaced my tyre. The operative was friendly and explained what had been the problem. I was charged a very fair price. The whole process was made very easy for me. I would highly recommend them.

We made the company aware that we had a VAN with a flat tyre and we provided the size number. The company came out with a car tyre and told us we needed to pay another call out fee so they can get the correct tyre, even though we told them it was for a VAN. They drove off, so I called the company direct. No one in that company speaks or understands English. I have WhatsApp proof that we told them it was for a van. Now I'm down £40 and still have a flat tyre.

That's a complete scam. Had someone else do it for £200 for the same tyre!

Quick response and kept me informed of timescales etc. There was a “breakdown on communication” - their words - when the attending engineers arrived said the tyre was different to what I said. I had sent photos as requested. As such it was an extra £20. It was very expensive but they fixed it and got me back on the road. The engineers were lovely

Fantastic service. We got a flat tyre on Christmas Day! They came out straight away and we were back on the road with a new tyre in under 2 hrs! Excellent service considering it lunchtime Christmas day!

Decent company from what i can see, I think relatively fast response but I have never needed a tyre repaired at the side of the road, the guys they used were nice and seemed to know the job, can't complain

Responded quickly to initial contact, came out to our house quickly and changed the tyre. My only negative comment would be that it felt like we were upsold on a new tyre when a puncture repair could have been carried out for half the cost. The screw was less than 4mm in diameter and in the centre of the tyre. However, we do now have a new tyre...

Contacted them on Saturday evening following a blow out, fast clear service and back on the road in no time which was great as I had my children in the car. great communication and great price. would definitely use again and would recommend.

They were responsive on WhatsApp from the start, and we aligned everything there — including me explicitly asking them to confirm the full price, which they did. They told me the technician would arrive in 60–90 minutes, but he showed up after 2.5 hours. That delay alone would have been acceptable if everything else had been handled properly.

Instead, when the technician arrived, I discovered they had only arranged one tire. I confronted them, and they admitted they had booked just one tire even though the WhatsApp messages clearly showed we agreed on two. Despite their mistake, they didn’t offer a workable solution and instead suggested paying double the originally confirmed price. I had to cancel, and even then, they refused to refund my deposit.

To make matters worse, when I asked them one last time whether they intended to refund the money, someone from Rosdmate’s WhatsApp account actually called me and yelled profanities at me and hung up. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I called this company after having an incident with a rising bollard ! Quoted me £240 for a new tyre with £70 upfront. I said that the bolt had broken and that two gentleman had tried and was unable to remove the tyre, the call handler said ‘ that’s his job he will be able to change it ‘ I paid the £70 the guy arrived took one look and said I can’t do that ! And left I have since tried speaking to the company and they are refusing my calls answering and ending my calls , I have asked for their complaint procedure and they didn't know what one was !
Apparently they have listened to the call and I didn’t state the issue absolute lies ! Awful company I would avoid and use another company not worth being ripped off

Had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t have a spare tire. I called Roadmate and a guy called Mohammed came around and changed the tire in 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient guy. Great service. Not a bad price considering it was a Sunday and I needed a new tire fast.

TERRIBLE. I, single young female, found myself stranded 40 miles away from home on a Saturday evening. I tried to get my flat tyre replaced at a garage but they were unable to do it because I was missing the locking wheel nut. Called Roadmate who advised they could help. They sent someone out (I paid them £120 prior to anyone coming), who arrived an hour later. The engineer was unable to get my tyre off and proceeded to kick my wheel in frustration, the engineer then left after completing a very temporary repair on my wheel telling me it was absolutely safe to drive home.

I drove home and went to a tyre fitters the next day, they told me that Roatmates call out man absolutely wrecked my nut and damaged my alloy and that they would had been able to get the wheel off had it not was butchered so I needed to go to a garage.

I went to the garage who could not believe that a so called professional had worked on the car - they laughed saying it must had been his first day outside of the office!! They also told me it was incredibly dangerous to have driven on the tyre and could not believe I had been advised to so.

The nut on the wheel had been absolutely wrecked my Roadmate and something which should had cost me about £10 has now cost me over £200 to get fixed.

I have made a written complaint to Roadmate and called them numberous times, each time being told I will get a reply to my complaint and a manager will call me. Well, it has been weeks and weeks and I have not even had so much as a acknowledgment. All they have said on the phone is that they will not be giving me a refund.

I absolutely do not recommend this company and will actively be telling everyone I know to avoid!!!

Very fast and responsive was all sorted within 30 minutes from first speaking to them to been fixed and back on the road highly recommend them especially when it was 10:30 pm
