We signed a contract with RockIT in January 2016 and from then, put up with poor internet and wifi for two years which we were told was the issues of the provider and the building rather than how the connection had been set up by them.

In less than 24 hours of being signed with our new IT support company, our issues were sorted and we have not experienced any more problems with our internet connection since.

Rock IT will do their best to avoid your calls and your emails. It will take days for tickets to be looked into and they will come up with any excuse they can to deflect from the fact that they are charlatans who don’t know what they’re doing.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

In addition to this they operate a rolling three year contract so if your not careful you can end up with them for another three years, as we did.

I took over a micro company that had a contract with Rock IT. The contract was restrictive, over complicated and not what the company required. Rock IT's answer - sign a new contract to lock the company in further for a longer period of time. My answer pay off these people and use a normal IT support contractor.... easy NO. It has taken 3 weeks to get a final invoice (they made sure I paid before releasing OUR data and passwords) with no phone calls just v slow emails. I even had a sales person contact me (by email) in the middle of this debacle to see if I wanted to sign a new contract. I've dealt with a number of IT support contractors and this is by far the worst service I've ever experienced.
