My experience was a good one but Pam forgot to leave the wrench for the ramp and the ramp is kind a off ,but other then that it was great.

I've had five Rolex vans. I just got my new one yesterday.

The entire process for purchasing the van was Excellent. Steve Strain from Sales, answered all of our questions and worked with us to obtain the best price. Prior to purchasing the van, we were able to test drive and work all of the seat/transfer options. We live in SW Va., but Ethan was able to come down Kentucky from with only a days notice so we could see the van. The design team worked with us to design a T-bar so my husband can transfer from wheelchair to front passenger seat easier. The only area that could have been better was the delivery process. Our van arrived in NC on 1 July and was not delivered till 22 July. Travis was great at keeping us informed of when the van would be arriving, fitting us into the schedule appeared to be the issue. Also, since we are on the Tennessee/Virginia line, we thought Ethan would be delivering the van. Both Travis and Ethan worked with us to get us our van. Excellent Team Work. Thank you Rollx. The people in sales ( Tony Dahl) and the closing staff were excellent, I can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave me. The staff in maintenance and service have consistently been above and beyond helping me out with any problems. This is my 5th Rollx van and I have looked around every time and always come back to Rollx. The quality of their products, the service is the best I have ever received of any product I have purchased!

Awesome sales person Rocky Nevin very helpful and caring also service department has been very helpful since 1996 when I had my new van conversion done.....love my new 2015 van,and thank for your little extra gift for buying through Rollx Van's.

We have worked with Rollx for several years and just purchased our 4th van from Rollx. We have had excellent service and have been very satisfied!! We have worked with Rocky each time, and appreciate his recommendations as we select the right Rollx van and options needed for our son and family. He has always pointed us in the right direction!!!

The scheduling person messed up and gave me the wrong date. I lost a days activity waiting for the van. It actually arrived on the original schedule date. The delivery person was unfamiliar with the front license plates for the front and consequently drill through my front cowling on the vehicle he put two holes in it that I fully expect Rollx to repair and paint when I’m over there to get my tiedown for my wheelchair installed.

I've been using Rollx since 2006 (five different vans). The process is pretty simple. They're easy to get a hold of if you have any questions and they'll come to your location if you have any ramp issues. I did have issues with a full size Chevy van, but most of it was manufacture related. If anyone is looking for an accessible vehicle, call Rocky!

We were very happy with the service that they provided. However, we are not very happy with what they gave us for our trade in. I guessed that they would put our van on their lot for $15,000 than they gave us. Come to find out that they actually put on their lot for $18,000 more than they gave us for it! Not very happy about that. :(

Shane Davis of sales answered all of my questions in a 45 minute conversation about the Chysler Pacifica conversion. After that coversation I ordered the mini van and it took about 5 weeks to delivery. Shane was great to work with through the whole process. Daryl the service technician delivered the van right to my house and showed me and my wife everything about the operation of the van. Very happy with the Rollx Van organization.

Beginning to end, the process was great. Sales helped select a vehicle and explain the advantages and features of various vehicles and the financing options. Delivery process went smoothly with a complete review and explanation of all functions of the modification and features of our vehicle. Vehicle registration, warranty and roadside assistance were all covered in with patient and thorough, easily understood terms. This is my third vehicle from Rollx and I’ll be back for a fourth when the need is there.

This is the second Van I have purchased from Rollx and I will continue to purchase from them. They are friendly, compassionate and helpful. They do everything within their power to make the experience easy.

They know the process and the VA requirements. Handle as much of the process as they can, so you don't have to. If you have questions, days, months or years down the road, they treat you like a valued customer.

The sales person was very helpful until he received the deposit then I never heard from him until delivery. The financial department was very helpful. I would recommend Rollx Van's to anyone looking for a adaptive vehicle.

I was very happy with the service and treatment from Rollx Vans. To buy a vehicle online, sight unseen, was definitely new to me, and caused me some second thoughts. So far, though, things have gone very well. My only negative comment is that when it's time to go over how to run all the buttons and things, it's a lot to take in. I went from driving a General Motors car for about the last 30 years to driving a Chrysler Corp. van. Quite a change! Your booklet helped some, but some of the pictures of the user buttons were hard to vision in the van. In general, though, I would say that I am pleased with my purchase, and I would tell others to check out your website.

We were treated very well during our experience with ROLLX. We had a problem with having our van ready in a timely manner. This problem was taken care of by being offered a newer van at a better deal than the original van that we were looking at obtaining. Our salesperson (Peter) and the Company president really stepped up and made the deal right for us.

I had a great experience working with the people at Rollx. From the moment I first talked to one of their salesman
until the moment I received the van at my house I felt they were going out of their way to make sure everything
was just right. The salesman answered all of my questions and emails promptly and the technician spent more than an hour
with us to explain everything about the van. The van itself looked exactly like all the pictures and is working perfectly
for us. I checked out other wheelchair van dealerships in my area and none were as customer friendly as Rollx.
