Excellent help and support from Steve Chitty, Mark Porter and Nathan Poulter. Felt really secure in the knowledge that we had a team of very professional staff dealing with our issue. Particular Thanks for Nathan, who was always there to talk to and who always provided help support and advise at all times. Nathan showed a lot of patients and understanding of our issue and is a credit to Romans.

Over two weeks from my landlady notifying Romans to release my deposit after the end of my tenancy and still waitingfir it to be returned. All the excuses being used to justify this. Will be taking this case to the Ombudsman. Typical greedy estate agents. Avoid this company like the plague.

Nathan has been fantastic! I was so keen about a property that I bombarded the office with online enquiries and telephone voicemails, Nathan quickly got in touch the same day and arranged a viewing for the following day. We are now day four after finding the property and have submitted our references, he has been super helpful always at the end of the phone for when we encountered problems, at the viewing he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable especially about the no deposit scheme and the benefits included. He is a real credit to the company name and it has been a pleasure working with him so far so that we can move into our dream property.
