I am being looked after by Anne-Marie Osbourne who is unfailing polite and communicative.
I am disappointed that some work that needs to be done was not done before the current tenants moved in. Also the recent problem which was known to be the cooker hood was dealt with someone who could not recommend a model with a warranty of more than one year.
I don’t be live these are Anne-Marie’s fault but the organisation in grneral

Ellie and her team were fantastic from the outset – they secured a tenant incredibly quickly and managed the whole process with real efficiency and professionalism. Communication was clear and proactive throughout, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free.

Anne-Marie has also been outstanding. She consistently keeps us updated, is always on top of everything, and gives us complete confidence that our property is being very well looked after.

Rented a property for 12 months
Forced to pay full year rent in advance
Tried to renew agreement on a month payment basis but was denied
Vacated property and forced to wait for holding deposit to be repaid
Could never recommend this company
