Romans Woodley have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of finding our first rental property. Any question we had was answered straight away and they updated us on every step of the journey.

I would like to just commend the team for working with my wife and I through a fairly long process. Our efforts to sell began in 2019 and the Romans team, through all the changes in personnel handling our sale were great. I reckon that you found us buyers four times in total during that time. The move manager piece was less great to be honest, but once again the team stepped in to make things happen within the timeframe that we needed.

The fact that the dedicated agent at Romans, Leighton Richardson, was a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard on our behalf to bring the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. Thanks to all the team at Romans and in particular to Leighton.

The whole process of becoming a tenant through the Romans agency is very smooth thanks to Andreea Covaci for good customer care and skills. Andreea made the whole process look so easy and simple she is so dedicated and have good follow ups.

The service from Romans was efficient and professional from start to finish. At the start of the process, we were dealing with Warren Hendry, who carried out the valuation, put the house on the market and also arranged and held the open houses. Even after having our initial buyers changing their minds, Warren ensured we were back under offer in less than a week. He is also the person who recommended us viewing the house we eventually purchased. We were very impressed with the service he provided. After Warren left the branch, we were handed over to Jack Farnon who was also exceptional. Jack went above and beyond to ensure our house sale was completed on time. He kept us informed throughout the process and even dealt with the many difficulties we encountered with professionalism and sincerity, serving as a mediator between the various parties involved. I truly believe our move would not have been possible without him. Will definitely be referring Romans to all of my friends and family. Thank you again!

We have had a fantastic experience with Andreea Covaci at Romans Woodley. She has been super helpful and went the extra mile to secure a rental property in the area for us. Though Life Legal may have been cheaper than other
solicitors I was not really happy on how they functioned.Though my money was paid quickly I would like to have had a paper copy of the expenses discounted as according to what I was told it varies to
what I was informed.

Professional and consistent service from Andreea Covaci at Romans Woodley, always got back to us promptly with any questions we had and good communication throughout. Would definitely recomand her.

Roman's Woodley Berkshire. Worst letting agent I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. It is my belief they employ practises that are of no help to members of the public when it comes to renting a property.
