Ordered 5 velux exterior heatblinds.

It's been a crazy summer and i eat late ordering these blinds and despite the sure suggesting about 2-3 weeks, they contacted me to say they'd probably be another few weeks and gave me an alternative arrival date and asked if i was ok with the change.

I accepted, and the delivery came about 2 weeks earlier than they suggested it would.

Overall, a very good experience, comms and customer service was great abd the product were velux products which were very easy to fit.

Ease of fitting blind to window cost effective

Price better than velux direct. Delivery tracked all the way from France. Arrived one day early.

Once I contacted the company to say the delivery was late, they followed up, emailed back, explained the delay and ensured delivery as soon as they could - given the shortage of roof canopy blinds all over Europe! Also found a you tube installation from them which was way easier than the velux instructions.

Had no complaints ordering from this company, genuine Velux blind, delivered on the expected day, customer services responded within 24 hours when I had a query, and cheaper to buy from roofblinds than Velux, Blinds are very easy to fit.

Although the delivery took some time due to demand on Velux's roof shading blinds because of the hot weather, Roofblinds re4sponded to my e mails concerning deliveries and were always polite and informative. The blinds actually arrived two weeks before the last date they gave me.

Velux branded product came ahead of time although due to high demand had to wait a small amount of time. Fast and efficient and product fitted perfectly to v old Velux window that cord had snapped on blind .

Pleased to see that I can replace cord for this version. Had to reposition screws as fit slightly different but easily managed.

Blinds well made and fit perfectly. Delivery longer than usual due to increase demand because of hot weather but they actually arrived, well packaged, a day earlier.

Just one gripe for velux: why introduce the pesky polygon headed screws when the simple diamond head worked fine.

went for genuine velux rather than generic. Very happy and fits perfectly. trade off was longer delivery time (possibly due to heatwave! why don't we think of these things in the winter) but worth the wait. installation took 10 mins once figured out the instructions
