Ordered as part of a sale based on the positive reviews on facebook. For me it simply didn't work, after 3 weeks I had much more hair loss then before. I noted this on one of their fb adverts and was quickly blocked from their FB page. I should have realised no company gets only positive feedback. I wasn't rude in my comment, just said for me it made my hair loss worse. Its very poor for a company to remove the negative comments then block.

Company now saying they wanted my order number?? How could I give it - you blocked my from social media and messenger.

I have been using routine for about a year and my hair is so healthy again. Fuller and thicker, I wash it every 4 days and it looks and feels amazing. I was loosing hair before and used shampoo that cost almost 100 dollars and it didnt help. I tried routine and loved the way my hair felt.

Ordered the shampoo & conditioner. Within seconds got an email saying “complete your order”. Thinking I’d done something wrong I clicked on the link only to find this ordered a second set. Contacted them straight away to cancel and ask for a refund. 24 hours later they came back and said it was cancelled and refund issued. Waited almost 2 weeks, no refund. Raised an issue with my bank - to be then told because I’d don’t this they were no longer prepared to speak to me!
As for the product. I got the coconut one. Smells nice but I need to wash it every day when using as it seems to make my hair greasy within a few hours.

Needless to say I don’t recommend and I won’t be buying it again!

I am 61 years old and have always had a head full of hair...a rubber band would struggle to get around my ponytail twice...i started losing and I am still not sure what caused it...but it was coming out by the handful multiple times a day. I have only been using the shampoo and conditioner so far and just ordered my 2nd bottle of shampoo ans noticed massive decrease in hair loss the 1st week. I have the hair supplement on the way and expect to be just as happy. I have purchased the citrus smells and love them but wish they had sample bottles so I could smell each one before purchase.

What great shampo and conditioner after a couple of washes I could tell the difference my hair is thicker without the residue feeling love it , worth a try especially if your loosing your hair when you brush it and it’s gone fine and lifeless you’ll see the difference I did Iam in my early seventies xxxx

After just realising today that I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from this company for a year I have to 100% recommend this to anyone who is suffering from hair loss, over the past 2-3 years I had tried various brands that did nothing for me when I discovered Routine Hair Products and decided to give it a go, my hairdresser has commented a few times on how much thicker my hair is becoming and the new hair growth appearing my friends have also commented how much better my hair now looks, I have just about finished my first bottles that have lasted so well as you do not need to use tons of it, I do have long hair so for me it is well worth the price paid and to also receive free travel sizes with my order to continue using so I shall be ordering more to keep my hair and myself happy.

I was so doubtful but I was hopeful and bought it and its great for my thinning and shedding hair. I wash my hair twice a week and im not losing nearly as much as I was. I can run my fingers through it and not have a bunch of hair in my hand.

Great shampoo and conditioner. Waited 6 months to write a review! Hair is definitely thicker. Prefer this brand to Champo which made my hair dull. Expensive when you’re on a budget but lasts for months as only need a small amount.

I have just re-ordered and received my second purchase. I love this product. It’s clean light. It’s not heavy on the hair. The conditioner is absolutely phenomenal. I leave it in for three minutes sometimes a little longer, but that is the best result leaving it in leathering up your actual hair, strands as opposed to your scalp there’s not one strand of hair that is not silky and last till you wash it again I have been in the past using salon Sexy hair products, and Goldwell they cannot beat this, and those are from top salons. Incredible product. Saw a major difference in hair loss from the first use only!!

I am super sensitive to fragrances, oils and dyes. Everything breaks my skin out, face AND scalp. Since Neutrogena quit production of its original clarifying shampoo, I have been desperately searching for a replacement. This Routine Unscented Shampoo works so well for me! A tiny bit produces so much lather & it does not make my scalp break out.
I can even use the conditioner occasionally. I live in Central Texas. When it is hot (9 months out of 12), my head sweats & it will break out if it is moisturized. So I only use the conditioner in the winter to help with static electricity & dryness. I am very happy with the shampoo & use it all the time. Even my hairdresser loves washing my hair with it. She enjoys the squeak of the final rinse. She always giggles & says, "So clean! I love it!" So I guess we count as 2 satisfied customers. 😉
