Fab company! High grade crystals direct from source. Fair pricing and very good customer service - they really understand if you need a little longer to pay a basket and they are very understanding and welcoming. I’ve bought from Rowell for a while now and have never been disappointed! I will continue to work with this humble and friendly company. Such a huge variety of crystals too but their Brazilian Amethyst is just breathtaking.

We cannot be happier or more satisfied with our experiences with Rowell’s. They don’t just provide excellent quality with their products, but they go above and beyond their customer service and super speedy and safe shipping. This adds a personal touch which retail in today’s world lacks.
We have and will continue to be a supportive fan, not just a customer of Rowell’s.

I have purchased from this wholesaler twice. I was very happy with the quality of the crystals, but my last order, which was a sale, disappointed me.
I attended a video sale, which was meant to offer big discounts. When I priced up my stock using other retailers as a price guide, I found the prices were the same as what I purchased them for. Shopping from a wholesaler is meant to be better in price, not the same as Etsy. Some crystals won't be able to sell for even £1 profit, which is really disappointing. So I wont be to quick to purchase again, sorry.

Labradorite slabs and more, but I haven't got around to checking everything.
I did get a good deal on some things, but I need to be more careful next time.
Some things are also labelled Sphallarite and flower Amethyst when they apparently are not.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed by low prices on Etsy. Unfortunately, more and more Etsy listings with extremely low prices are appearing from companies based overseas. Extreme undercutting like this affects crystal sellers at all levels, and we are as equally frustrated by it. However, our company ethos prioritises fair and honest sourcing and supply, and we endeavour to accommodate fair costs and prices throughout our stock range rather than cutting prices to compete with these Etsy listings.
