A very nice little chair. Took nearly 2 months to arrive and very expensive for what I actually got. Would not order again.

I have to say I was very disappointed with these handles. I realise they are handmade but they do need to be the same size. They were put onto our wall cupboard and were clearly different in size. My husband had to file off the difference. And the sides are not nicely rounded but feel quite sharp and cheap.

I received my beautiful king-sized embroidered linen duvet cover. It is perfect. The soft white is beautiful - not too white, not too yellow ivory. Very soft and lovely. My decor style is elevated-natural, european-collected, quiet luxury and this duvet fits beautifully. Love it!

OMG … I ordered the Harmen chairs for my garden and I am in love with them !!!

They arrived well packaged (as does everything sent by R&W) and they weigh an absolute tonne !! They are unique and beautifully made … I am obsessed 😍

I can’t wait for sone beautiful weather so I can sit out in them … highly recommend if you want something a bit different from the standard chair !!! Just beautiful

Wonderful experience ordering large items (sofas, rugs, footstools) and smaller ones. The pieces are lovely, stylish and timeless, and the customer service is exceptional - so easy to deal with, you speak to real people, and they really went out of their way to help me with a bulky return. One of our original garden chairs ordered arrived damaged and it appeared to have been done in transit. reported to customer services, easily done and promt response.

The problem/replacement was resolved very quickly by Amy (Customer services excellent).

I would like to thank you again for all your help with this matter. As a point of constructive feedback, Rowen & Wren may wish to review the parcel tape currently used to secure the boxes for big and heavy items, as I believe this may have contributed to the original damage. to our chair.

The brown tape being used is very eco‑friendly and visually appealing; however, it does appear quite weak. On the replacement delivery we received, all but two pieces of tape were damaged again, leaving the box almost open on arrival. Our original delivery box was also not held together by the original tape and box badly damaged, with none of the original tape actually remaining in place and only DPD replacement tape visible.

Once again, thank you/Amy for resolving this so quickly and efficiently. We will certainly be using Rowen & Wren again in the near future.

I've bought numerous times from Rowen & Wren, and will likely continue to do so. Their products meld functionality, beauty and quality harmoniously, and in particular, are built to last. I really value this because we live in a world where so much becomes quickly obsolete or out-of-date, to be replaced by an "upgrade". Immensely pleased with my recently purchased Clandon Sofa. I found Rowen and Wren's customer service really courteous and helpful, as I had to cancel my original order due to unexpected necessary works in my flat. The sofa is beautiful quality and the delivery service were great. I would definitely recommend this company.

I needed some extra measurements for the table I was thinking of buying and R&W provided this quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner that made it feel like very personal service. We've now bought the garden table and are very pleased with it indeed. Arrived quickly. Very easy to put up. Looks great. Very good quality.

I recently purchased the archer bedside shelves after first calling with some questions and receiving great advice from a knowledgable and very helpful team member. Delivery was extremely efficient with good communication. The furniture is lovely and easy to fit with fixings provided. Overall a very positive shopping experience.
