Stunning garden furniture
They have a wide range of high quality items. Ordering was very easy and I was notified many times regarding delivery. The lovely guys who delivered my table and chairs put them exactly where I asked.
My lazy Suzan was not delivered, but I contacted them and they sorted it out straight away.
My table and chairs are beautiful - excellent quality. I would highly recommend buying with Royal Finesse.

Terrible Durability
TERRIBLE DURABILITY
I ordered a set worth £1600 in 2022.
The chairs have fallen apart, chunk of the table has come off. Unusable. Waste of £1600 :(
At time of order it took months to recieve, yes months. And after less than four years of barely any use -- its british summer-- the set is in pieces.
Customer Service Response:
"For additional context, since your original purchase, the chairs and table have undergone design updates as part of our ongoing product development process. The older versions have been discontinued and the current versions now feature a thicker construction and reflect refinements we have made over time to improve the overall build."
I do NOT trust this company.
This was sold as apparent 'luxury furniture' at the time. What a lie.
Where is their integrity?
How many other customers have spent thousands and have furniture in pieces??
I am very unhappy with this resopnse, they will not offer to fix the set, and have not shared any third party business who could fix it. Im outraged. £1600 is a lot of money for most families.
Why should the customer burden the companies self acknowledged lack of quality and design.
I am NOT a happy customer and feel very dissapointed with customer service.
At the very least they should pay to fix the set.
They disagree. They expect me to loose £1600, for their design and quality error.

As outlined in our ongoing correspondence, your order was placed on April 27th, 2022. All of our products are supplied with a one-year warranty, which is clearly communicated at the point of purchase. With your furniture now approaching four years from the original purchase date, it falls well outside of this warranty period. While we do occasionally offer support beyond the warranty as a gesture of goodwill, a timeframe of approximately three years beyond the coverage period is unfortunately too far outside for us to take further action in this instance.
At the time of purchase, there was also a severe global shipping and supply chain crisis continued through most of 2022, characterized by record-high freight rates, severe port congestion and pandemic related disruptions, all of which were unfortunately beyond our control. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would also like to clarify that product updates and design changes are a normal part of our range evolution and are driven by seasonal and changing market trends. These updates are not indicative of faults or quality issues with previous versions but rather reflect ongoing development and aesthetic refinement over time. As noted previously, the models you purchased have since been discontinued as part of this natural product lifecycle over the course of four years, not due to inherent quality issues.
We do appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns, however the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase remain unchanged.
