I have purchased 6 wigs from RPGSHOW and never had a problem so when I read those reviews where customer complain about there wigs and wonder if your purchase was from the same company. All my wigs are quality and natural and very realistic don’t get me wrong they cost a lot put I also believe you pay for what you get

I've been buying from RPGshow for 8 years and to me they are the best on the market. Not only for the quality of the hair and units + the huge choice of styles they offer, but also for their UNIQUE CUSTOMER SERVICE which I have found nowhere matched.

Anyone who has had contact with Tina and her colleagues know that. I'm in France, the company is not next door but it feels to me like a second family. I can guarantee you that if there's anything you are not happy with, the customer service will do all it can to help. I have never had problems and have always had very quick replies to questions about my orders. So for those bad reviews, which do not at all match the reality of the quality of service, they are either from bad faith customers (come on, we all know some people who no matter what you do will never be happy as they want the product and the money back and come up with fake reasons to have both...) OR they are simply competitors who are on a mission to sabotage the work a long-standing company made of sincere professionals who care.

The truth is that RPGShow was there before wigs became fashionable. That company saved my life and allowed me to hide my hair loss for years, which could no longer be hidden in my thirties. Nobody has ever been able to detect that I was wearing a wig. Today everyone else is trying to match the level of this company which is way ahead and has become an expert at what they do because they have mixed great colours and hairstyles and work with amazing hairdressers. They have helped make hair loss a non-issue. For that, they will have my GRATITUDE forever. It is priceless. Now even if my hair has since grown back, I am so in love with my units that there's no way I go back to wearing my natural hair!! Long live RPGShow!! You'll find cheaper units elsewhere but you'll never find that level of commitment and care which goes way beyond the professional level. You feel you have real people behind the screens and you're not just another number.

And I just LOVE Tina, I have never seen anyone match her level of care and customer service. I would love to meet her one day as it's obvious she has the kindest heart ever.

Please dear reviewers, give the company a chance. I promise you you will not be disappointed. Don't rely on a couple of bad reviews to determine your choice for you. Just write to the customer service team and ask your questions, they'll be there for you and not just before you order. Give it a try and trust your own judgement.

Hair is good quality but they were not able to deliver custom color as shown on website.

I've been a loyal customer of RPG for around 7-8 years now and have NEVER, EVER received a product that did not meet or surpass my expectations. Their units are durable, natural, authentic, and made with such care that I can't imagine shopping with another vendor. I have had custom units, I have had their stock units "customized" to suit my wants and never once have they disappointed me. I am a marketing professional and social butterfly - I guarantee you that 99% of the people I encounter do NOT know I am even wearing a wig. Most of my friends don't know that I've had to wear wigs as a result of the damage done to my hair/scalp from years of weaves and improperly installed braids. I've recommended RPG to so many of my friends and family, none of them has had an issue. I've worked with Tina in Customer Service over the years and hate the thought of her, her company and her team being defamed by fake bad reviews! When the pandemic struck she sent me a little care package of PPE/hand sanitizer - not one of any of my other vendors has ever done anything so kind!! I see the negative reviews here and wonder if these are just scammers or bots or malicious attacks - if they were indeed true, then I'd call it a fluke, reach out to customer service and try again - because this company is at the very top of my list of favorite vendors! Keep up the great work RPG - you ROCK!!

I have bought two wigs from this site and love how they look! These wigs look very natural and are very durable. I have Alopecia and wear the wig every day and these wigs last a very long time. I love this site and the people who work for RPGSHOW. Penny was very patient, understanding, and helpful throughout my wig buying process. I will always recommend this site to people looking for wigs because not only are they trendy wigs, but they are also natural looking.

First, I’ll say that I have a total of 5 different units from rpgshow. This is the ONLY place I will purchase a unit from. I’ve purchased from other place before and I seriously regret it.
If you purchase any unit from rpg show, you will not be disappointed. This review in particular is about the “ Honey 200% Density Brown Ombre Long Straight Lace Front Human Hair Wig - touchedbytim008”. The quality of the hair is excellent. The hair is extremely soft and there’s minimal to no shedding at all (even after having the unit for almost a year). The unit is easily washable and easy to style with various tools (whether it’s with a flat iron, curling iron, flexi rods, etc.). Rpg has done a great job with selling units where the knots on the units have been bleached beforehand and the scalp tinted (this makes one less step for you and your stylist). The hairline is so realistic. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on this hair.

I purchased two units from RPG Show and I have had no problems. The first unit was a full lace kinky straight unit with brown highlights. The unit was very full and I wore it almost every day because I loved it so much. I washed it a couple of time and it still maintained its color and fullness. The only complaint was that after the 3rd wash, I got a lot of tangling when wet but once dry, it was smooth again.
The second unit I bought was a yaki textured bob unit in jet Black. I'm not as happy with that unit because its full lace and probably 100% density (website said that but I didn't pay attention) and even though its yaki and it is not as textured as I like my yaki units. It's not a bad unit but I guess I just don't care for the style or color because its really jet black. With all that, would I order from them again, absolutely. P.S. RPG Show is a different company than RPG hair so be careful.

This is my third unit that I purchased from RPGSHOW. The first two were of the same great quality as this one. The hair is one of the highest quality that I have seen and I purchase a lot of wigs.

I have dyed this wig and it takes color very well. Even after I processed it the hair was still soft and did not get rigid and hard.

I take very good care of it by using quality shampoos and conditioners that prolong the life of my wig. I use curl refresher sprays that keeps the curls fresh and bouncy. Once brushed out the curls pop back very easily on this wig.

Also, I really love the glueless caps that allow you to wear your wig without glue and allow the wig to remain secure on your head.

I have always recommended RPGSHOW to my family and friends when they compliment my hair.

People can not tell that I am wearing a wig and when I tell them they want to know where I purchased it from. The wigs are so realistic and natural. I love these wigs and will continue buy them.

After reporting the issue in the apartment, the repairs were done promptly. Mike did an excellent job and left the area spotless. He was very friendly. Keep up the excellent service.

Buy at your own RISK. They have some good quality hair. However the hair will shed very fast. And you will start to see gaps in your wig as the hair falls out. Also avoid their blonde wigs mine started to burn and it got stuck to my hair straightener as I was curling it. The experience I had with RPGSHOW.COM was very disappointing as their units/wigs are very pricey. It’s a shame as they had good units between 2010-2016 but not anymore.

I just recieved my wig today and I payed 145.80
For a 14inch curly wig . It came very fast.
The wig was odd looking and I washed it and it shed like crazy. And only a little bit of black water maybe because it was dyed event hough I asked for Natural and it looks like 2 diffrent textures and lengths, some of the texture looks like synthetic hair .I have not even combed it because I'm scared I'm going to tangle it or mess it up due to the hair texture .it looks like I will RIP out more hair if I comb it ..The shedding is during the washing . More than it should be I was referred to the company by a friend but had I seen these reviews I would not have brought this wig . I would.not buy again. I'm very disappointed.. Buy at your own Risk. It's so bad I'm not even gonna bother wearing it any more . ..My wig was not worth 145.00. I wish I could Post Picture ..Todays date is May 3rd 2020 and I just got it 4days ago.
Ok Fast forward Update . May 13th the Company told me to send the wig nac and they will do some Quality control i was very reluctant to send it back because i read reviews of people.not getting their money back or hair back so any how i sent it back because the company promised me they will take care of it and they sent me a free shipping label ..i will keep yall updated as of the Results..Today is May 17th. to let yall know what happen . I am greatful they let me send it back and was willing to work with me

I purchased a wig from their clearance section. I received it extremely fast & I was so happy with the quality of the hair. I am currently going through chemotherapy for stage 3 breast cancer & I completely bald. When I wear this hair people who don’t know me cannot tell that it is not mine. I have done several different styles with this hair & absolutely love it! I wish I could add pics to this review.

I ordered a wig on 1/31 and different representatives have lied to me about when my order will be processed. I have been trying to reach them for a few days now and haven’t heard anything back. I spent $600 USD dollars and have no idea what to do now. Will not be ordering from them again as I try to get into contact

Their product never comes close to looking like what they advertise on their site, which is so disappointing since the price for these wigs are expensive. Did not get my moneys worth on the wig that I purchased.

Please don’t waste your money. $200 down the drain for a cheap wig I could’ve purchased on amazon for $20. Huge wig knots like I’ve never seen. Nothing you can do to save it. It also sheds like crazy! The hair is made so cheap that in some areas it looks like bald spots. Very disappointed and spent my hard earned money on this. Never again. It’s a scam!! Plain and simple.

This is my first time to try a wig and I absolutely love this wig. I got it (BOB008) in the natural color versus the jet black which still comes out dark enough on my light skin. The Yaki texture makes it look even more natural. I didn't have to do anything but cut the lace. I definitely will choose RPGshow again!

When I received my first wig (X5047-t) from RPG Show, I was extremely impressed with the quality and density of the hair and the lace front. I received many compliments on my 'hair' when I wear it out and people don't know that it is a wig that I am wearing. The preplucked lace front is so realist that I didn't have to do anything other than trim the lace and style the wig. A week later I ordered a second wig from RPG Show. Unfortunately due to an order error, I received a different coloured wig to what I had thought I had ordered. I messaged RPG Show and found the staff to be very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. A week later I received the wig that I wanted. Thank you RPG Show. RPG Show are the best wig company to deal with. The products are exceptional quality and very good value.

Ordered a wig and received something totally different. Not even close to what I ordered. Sent it back and ordered a different one. The second one is not bad. I tried to give this company a chance but this mess up changes my opinion. It took a month from start to finish. I will not order from them again.

I used to love their wigs but they changed their caps and the larger size isn’t a true large anymore so the wigs I bought don’t fit like the other ones I purchased months ago.
