Great buy!!

This is my second purchase and I must say by far this is the best wigs I've purchased. Their quality stands out above the rest, very true in length. Received a lot of compliments. It's worth the price, and a great investment.

Unwearable for £292!!

I purchased a wig on clearance that was customisable. And no it wasn’t from your RPG Outlet! The wig I got from the outlet was just fine! Lasted well over a year! This wig from RPG show was ordered with brown lace, they sent white. Hair colour supposed to be natural it was black! I contacted them with pictures of what was expected and what I got, I didn’t even bother complaining about the hair colour at this point as I just needed the lace to be a colour I could wear! They finally offered I return for them to dye the lace, return postage paid by me, or £30 and I keep the wig and get the lace dyed. I reluctantly opted for the £30, as of today, still waiting for a reply and my £30. So from the time I ordered the wig until now I’ve not been able to wear it! Ordered around 17 July! Now end of August it sits in the box. Could have gotten the same for half the price from any other wig seller online but went with them because the first one I bought from the outlet lasted for over a year. So I’m not buying from them again! Almost £300 I do not have to throw away! Well they replied. They emailed me a pdf that was supposed to be proof they sent the refund of £30 to cover the cost of colouring the lace. It’s never been received and now I’m having my bank pursue. To top it off the wig is shedding like crazy so not the quality they had before. Such a shame very disappointed. Ours not about £30 it’s about trust! Would have highly recommended previously but not anymore. The sad thing is the hair quality seems really nice, but the wig making quality is not. I should have waited until I got to my supplier in NYC.

I ordered a non custum wig (clearance)…

I ordered a non custum wig (clearance) 4days ago.. when i looked at my invoice at the bottom it had highlights for * about us and *customer service.. when u click on highlights it does NOTHING.. so i looked and saw their number.. clicked to call on THAT and its disconnected so i then tried to chat, which they have as another way of contacting them besides email and tho it says they will * respond after a few minutes.. they HAVENT and it was never answered(all day-no response).. my email also went unanswered so they basically are NOTHING what they claim to be

Communication was great

Communication was great, awesome customer service and very responsive. My wig arrived in good time, earlier than expected. My drawstring though got torn and loose, not sure why but the wig quality, definitely the BEST!

They sell rubbish

They sell rubbish. I have gotten terrible hairs from vendors, but this company tops the list. My entire frontal went bald within 2 months, and the bundles tangle like crazy.They’re scammers.

Enjoying them

I’ve purchased 5 wigs from here & planning on getting more. Good quality, easy communication, and the wigs last. There was one I got that didn’t quite seem like picture color but I chalked it up to texture since it can give a different hue in person. It was still overall quite nice & I had no complaint. Customer service reached out to ensure my satisfaction. They even reached out to confirm the wig cap size before shipping a different order since one I ordered previously was different! My most recent double purchase looked better than I thought and the lace blended beautifully on each one.

Fan for more than 10 years

I was introduced to RPG more than 10 years ago. Dealing with hair loss is pretty traumatic, but the company has made it easier to handle. The hair (even sale units) is high quality. I order perhaps 2-3 wigs per year, and had only one that seemed over-processed and not up to standard. Customer service is excellent. They respond to questions and issues within about 48 hours. Glad to be a loyal customer.

My head always looks good

I have been ordering from RPG for the past 5 years. I order at least 2 wigs a year. They are phenomenal!!! Never had a problem and I was always able to dye and add the highlights that I like. The quality and care are very good. You can’t go wrong if you’re a wig wearer and very natural looking.

The best wig and customer service the…

I’ve had the best experience with the RPGSHOW! First, I have been wearing wigs since 2008 due to hair loss. The quality of this wig is the best I have ever seen - it’s real human hair and the stitching and craftsmanship is incredible Also, no shedding!
This company is very customer focused. I had a problem with the original unit and they worked with me - we exchanged photos so they could see examples of what I wanted - to get the wig exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend RPGSHOW for great hair and service!

False advertisement. Wrong item

It was not blonde atall!! I received a black / orange golden coloured curly wig which I was extremely upset about after waiting a long time to receive it. I had to send it back to China to get a refund. Still waiting for return postage refund to come through. I ordered it as it looked just like my natural hair before I lost it so I was super excited but I wouldn't buy anything from this company again after such huge disappointment. Due to Paypals currency exchange from dollars to GBP, I received £26 less than I paid which isn't ideal either!

Disappointed

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed. I am bound to a wig for health reasons and have been shopping regularly at RPG for 7 years. The hair quality was not the best, so I had to order a new one twice a year because the hair started to knot a lot and was simply no longer supple, usually after just 3 washes. I have had such a bad experience with the last three wigs I ordered since last year. With one of them, the hair loss was so extreme right from the start that she lost a lot of hair and also developed real holes on the top of her head after just one month. The customer service realized that it was a production error and only offered me a voucher of 300 dollars, the wig cost about 450 dollars. I then ordered another one. She didn't have extreme hair loss but the same thing happend again on the top of her head. There are extremely large holes, you can imagine it like circular hair loss but with a wig. I've had good experiences with customer service over the years, but I can no longer accept receiving a voucher that doesn't even cover the value of the wig. Especially as this is not due to my care but to the extremely poor quality. I was able to overlook the poor hair structure, but I can no longer wear the wig if the hair is loose at the top of my head. In the meantime, I'd rather buy a wig for €1000 instead of this one, which costs less but only lasts 2-3 months if worn regularly. I am very disappointed as I was a loyal customer and would have liked it not to have come to this.

first time buyer

My POV: i'll start with what went well then move on to even better ifs. after waiting 56 days to receive the wig, im enjoying wearing the unit, the style and color are well done. i did a custom unit with a closure and mesh ventilated cap first wig purchase from rpgshow, csr was very responsive to my emails, ,desires and questions they had tremendous patience with me. ive shared some feedback directly with the back office for improvements. my experiences thus far have been good.

i must say im alarmed by the poor reviews i had no idea there were so many negative feedbacks about this brand. my experiences were really really good. ADA i think shes the best💕 she follows up and seems to care about my satisfaction. there's no option to upload photos or i would

Wig looks nothing like on Photos/Videos

This company is a complete scam! I specifically researched the wig I wanted to order beforehand. I watched several YouTube videos from paid influencers and then decided on a wig that was in stock. Strangely, after the purchase, my wig was not shipped immediately but only after I inquired, a week later. Unfortunately, I had to pay 13€ customs fees for FedEx to deliver the package to me (I live in Germany).
Finally, I received the wig, and what can I say... it does not look anything like the product pictures and videos. The base color was not an ash brown but rather quite reddish. The cut was completely frayed and crooked, the blonde highlights were very thick and partially incorrectly placed. Additionally, the blonde highlights were not properly toned, as some areas looked simply orange. The knots were not bleached, and I didn't have the option to choose that for my wig model, so I assumed that for 560€, the knots would be bleached as standard. Overall, the hair feels very damaged, and you can tell it is cheap hair of poor quality.
When I requested a return through customer support, they first rudely blamed me for not being satisfied with the wig. 1. The color varies depending on the screen, and 2. every wig is styled by hand, so it looks different. 3. I did not select the "Deep Bleach" option. Afterwards, they offered me $50 to have the wig color corrected at a hairdresser and a coupon code for my next order as compensation. They really tried everything to prevent me from returning the wig. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the company. If a customer is unhappy and can prove it with pictures, they shouldn't be so rude and make such silly compensation offers! For $50, I might have been able to fix the cut a little at the hairdresser, but nothing more. For this color disaster, I would have had to pay at least 200€ to fix it at a hairdresser, and many hairdressers in Germany are reluctant to dye wigs.
When I declined all these offers, they finally sent me the address details, and I have to pay for the return shipping to China myself because they do not offer a free return label. Shipping from Germany to China with tracking costs 46€!!! And I will not get that refunded.
I received my refund from RPGShow quickly, but unfortunately, due to PayPal's currency exchange from dollars to euros, I received 50€ less than I paid. Strangely, this has never happened to me before with PayPal, even though I have ordered in dollars or pounds many times. Overall, I lost €109 on this order and will never get it back. It was the biggest mistake to order from this company.
RPGShow has been the biggest waste of time and money ever. Better buy wigs from Hairvivi or even Shein—both have better quality than this scam company. The influencer ads on social media are fake; as a regular customer, you get a completely different quality.

I would avoid this company

I would avoid this company, poor costumer service. Messaged about adding colour to my wig, they sent a link to pay the extra fee but when I got the wig it was not coloured. I contacted costumer service multiple times re refund for the fee I paid for colour as it was not done. They completely ignored my messages. Poor customer service, lack of integrity of a company. Avoid!!
