Red Rock has been responsible for the management of the building for a number of years and I am appaled at their incompetence.

Incorrect billing to leaseholders, invoices go unpaid for suppliers, lack of respose to leaseholders group emails..., the list goes on.

Red Rock has been managing our building for just over a year now and it's made a hugely positive difference, which I called out at our most regent AGM. I recommend Red Rock wholeheartedly, especially Stacy Head.

I have dealt with Stacy a few times and her service is always 5 star!

I had an issue with my parking permits and Leonie was very helpful! She provided excellent customer service and was very understanding throughout. I appreciated her constant communication throughout the entire process!

My issue was dealt within a timely manner by Jane Messenger and her team with a positive outcome.

Rating specifically related to the service provided by Beverley Barnard in relation to an invoice query. Suggested a way forward, put into action and resolved the matter without further delay. If only everything was resolved so promptly.

I had a query with Stacy Head in Credit Control on a matter and found her customer service and prompt response to be excellent.

I am a tradesman and I have now dealt with this management company for 3 separate jobs, very easy to work with, communication is on point and planning of jobs in and around communal/tenanted areas have been very easy! I deal with Ellie mostly and she has been very helpful with everything! I will definitely recommend them as a management company myself.

We own a couple of apartments that are under Red Rock's management in Windsor, UK. I have been communicating with Stacy Head who has been incredibly helpful, organized and prompt in all of my dealings with the company so far. It has been an absolute pleasure so far, long may it continue!!

Terrible management service, particularly Leonie who has ignored emails for months upon months.

I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed.

Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly.

I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason.
