I had a read a few mixed trust pilot reviews.
When reading between the lines most are from people who havent actually bought from this dealership.
My own experience is very good. I dealt with Rory. I found him quite straight talking, but clearly they are busy as am I so I wasn't offended by anyone being to the point and blunt.
I also had an issue with the car where I had a small knock when travelling on rough ground / bumps.
I called him after hours and he rang me right back. There was an apology, he said bring the car back anytime literally the next morning and we will fix it no cost to you.
For me anyone can sell me a car, its what they do if there is a problem that is the real measure.
I was highly impressed and wish them well.

You are the worst person I've ever dealt with in 24 years of being in the motor trade. I paid you £9000 deposit and financed the remaining balance for a BMW X3, reg no BN69VVL, the car you currently have reput up for sale but its owned by Motonovo! I believe this is illegal as you don't own the car!!

You refuse to deliver the car to me after we have both signed a legal finance agreement! Motonovo legally own the car, why are you breaking the law??
Because I would have preferred the car delivered on a trailer as promised by you and that I then pushed for half a tank of diesel???!!!
All of this drama for those 2 items! For some reason this really upset you then you start getting angry and spiteful and refused to deliver me the car as we agreed as part of the deal.

I was so disgusted with your attitude and behavior that I reported you to Motonovo and sent them all the emails you had sent me. They had their legal team look into it and have found you breaking the law! The contacted you to speak to you about the car and you are refusing to release the car, even though you have no rights on that car, you've been paid out for it!!
I've also reported you to the FCA and financial ombudsman as what you are doing is illegal.
I honestly have no idea how you are a boss of a business, especially because of the way you are, So bitter and spiteful! This isn't the first time and certainly won't be the last time you treat people like this.
I don't doubt he has a few good reviews on here but there's too many really bad ones that are the most honest.
Maybe the good ones are from when his staff sell cars because they certainly cant be from that toxic human being!
Can't wait to read Rorys reply to this! Be interesting to see the lies!
Avoid this place and Rory even if they have the car you want, it's best to be patient and wait for another one at another car dealer!

Bought my car from them in July and it all went through without any problems. Polite, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them as a company and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from here.

Bought a car for the first time from RS, and was dealt with by a person called Thomas, and have to say he was very polite , friendly and knowledgeable, certainly went the extra mile.
