I truly am baffled by the hiring…

I truly am baffled by the hiring process of the crawley division. Rejected me based of the name of my previous position but failed to educate themselves on how the previous experience actually requires more skills than they are requesting for but was informed that not only are they accepting less skilled workers but I myself don't even get the dignity of an interview at least but the unskilled ones in retrospect to the accounting profession itself. Reading one of the comments regarding racial issue I am adamant that the skill comment was merely a weak excuse but instead it was my name that they are rejecting just because it's not white enough...

They are scammers

They are scammers, someone contacted me over the phone and said that my business is entitled for a business loan and then started asking for my business bank statement,ID,and Passport and kept ringing me few times a day.
He even sent me an email but looks very dodgy and unprofessional.
I sent an email to the company to enquire about that guy, never get any response as professionals.
I should report to trading standards and Fraud UK to warn public

Incompetent

I specifically asked them not to send any correspondance to my accountant. Should be an easy enough instruction. So they then send another document through. How hard can it be? If they can't handle a simple instruction like this, how can they be trusted to act as Joint Administrators in companies where investors have millions of pounds at stake.

Clowns

Never heard of them, had no dealings with them and they put an objection in against me closing my business.

World most stupid incompetent debt…

Worlds most stupid incompetent debt collector, sending me a letter for a company I was last director of over 2 1/2 years ago for a utility bill.

I was the Incorporation Agent & was Director for just the first 3 weeks, So they think I ran a bill up over over £50,000 in just 3 weeks.

The bill created by the new director.
Didn't even do basic research before sending the stupid letter. fools.
Not my first rodeo, dealt with debt collectors many a time trying it on with the wrong person/Address.

This is an awful place to work

This is an awful place to work. I worked in the London audit team for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the department's culture is toxic and depressing. Some managers are complete lunatics; others deserve a prize for micromanagement, only if such a nomination existed there would've been countless number of prizewinners. There is an expectation to be in the office or on-site at least 4 days per week. There is also an expectation to arrive on every client's site no later than at 9 am regardless of how far away it is from your home. Usually can't leave the office before 5:30 pm without getting a "special look" from colleagues or even partners. The firm is reluctant to pay for any traveling expenses and any additional costs incurred. You may end up paying up to £30 a day for travelling to various client sites only to hear that their expenses policy does not cover it. Of course it doesn't, they love to make a profit on everything! The firm is obsessed with timesheets with all partners not hesitating to chase the following morning even for half an hour of missing time.
Other than that, the firm is "famous" for long hours, unjust and unreasonable expectations from senior managers and highly competitive environment with constant pressure on staff members at all levels. There is a lot of politics around budgets and a constant chase for a "better recovery rate". Would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, friendly environment or supportive colleagues.
The senior personnel often has an awful attitude towards more junior personnel with explicit disrespect. It is not uncommon for senior managers or partners to only care about budgets and good recovery rates. They won't make an effort to hide that you are no more than money generating unit to them, so expect to be treated as one.
Overall, horrible place to work full of toxic people at all levels.

Discriminatory Experience During Interview Process - Review

I recently had an interaction with Annie Estall from RSM that left me deeply disappointed. Despite my qualifications and suitability for a role, I encountered discrimination regarding my right-to-work status during the interview process.

Ms. Estall's statement that RSM does not recruit individuals on visas, despite not requiring sponsorship, was both shocking and distressing. This contradicted my right to work in the UK as a dependent, and I was unjustly excluded based on my right-to-work status.

It is concerning that such discriminatory practices exist within RSM's recruitment process. Transparency and fairness should be prioritised to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants, regardless of nationality.

I urge RSM to review its recruitment policies to promote inclusivity and compliance with anti-discrimination laws. A formal investigation into this matter is necessary, along with clarification on RSM's recruitment policies regarding right-to-work requirements.

NO star is what they deserve.

If there was a way you could award NO stars I would have, cause that is exactly what they deserve. I ask if there is any other organisation that could audit them as they do others? Should that happen they would have to shut down immediately. They are operating one of the biggest white collar crimes of the 21st century.

Never known any so called legitimate organisation or company that is able to get away with so much inefficiency. I have reached out to them more than a dozen times in the past 3/4 years and asked to be kept informed about what is going on since they shut down Buy2let a company I invested in. Not once have they done so and each time I have to send them and register my details.

You would think that if they were being thorough after 3 years you would have contacted every investor. NO SUCH LUCK! However these bandits are still in search for non existing evidence. Hence they've yet to find me. Except they have squandered and destroyed a legitimate business that had more five star reviews and happy customers and investors than they could ever dream of. I think they should be investigated or could they be sued?

Absolutely the worst type of hustlers

Absolutely the worst type of hustlers.

They sent my elderly mother a contract for 7.5k for some tax advice despite her not even asking for the work to be done. She signed thinking it was an agreement to file her taxes.

The report they generated was ludicrous, bloated and not even relevant for my mother.

They are cowboys and take advantage and their work is sub par - I got better advice from ChatGPT AVOID.

RSM UK milk administration processes to line their own pockets!

RSM UK were annointed administrators of Buy2LetCars and also another business I invested in.

They bill £500+ an hour and do in 100 hours what any other organisation can do in 10 hours.

They have dragged out both the administration processes to as long as they possibly can.

Everything is about milking as much money as possible for themselves.

So far they have raked in millions and millions of pounds of fees for themselves! They have not returned a penny to me or any other investor!

When you contact them, they don't reply to emails or pick up the phone.

They couldn't care less about the investors into these businesses. It's all about maximising earnings for RSM by dragging out the administration process to several years and charge eye-watering hourly rates multiplied by thousands of hours.

Therefore, all my life savings have gone to RSM UK. It has left my financially and emotionally broke.

Thieving con men

Thieving con men. Effectively took everything away from my mother when a company she invested in was liquidated. They looked after the larger investors and spat on the smaller ones. Avoid dealing with these if you can. I hope I never have the misfortune of crossing paths with this company or its employees again. Scumbags
