Very Good No Issues

Great service and pace, split my order to get me urgent stuff faster on request. Bits on site within 24hrs. Fantastic!

Excellent quality product (shower panels & trims). Prompt (but pricey) delivery.

the team member I spoke to was polite and kept me informed of order progress. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

100% yes the best company

The prices were the best i found and i did a lot of research. Customer service was excellent and sorted any problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Best price around for the product I ordered and a very quick turnaround. Fast and reliable delivery. My second purchase from this company and it will not be my last. Reliable and professional so can be fully recommended.

Easy ordering, competitive prices and very helpful when contacted solving any issues without fuss. I will definitely use them again.

Another member of our family had previously used RB and he spoke very highly of their service and products offered, so when it came to us wishing to upgrade our bathroom we had a look. Great products, competitive pricing and a great service. We would not hesitate to use RB again and have already recommended to friends.

Great product and really fast delivery thank you!

We bought a Carron Bath.
Good quality product.
Good price.

Fast Delivery and Excellent Communication provided Excellent Service

One problem after another, late delivery, wrong items delivered which they took back then another week to get a replacement. The plumber they supplied to fit just stood around as he didn’t have the items to fit then went off to do his own stuff and didn’t come back. My bathrooms still not fitted 5 weeks after. The store is called jaguar the online shops called rubberduck what the hell just a shambles.

The advice was sound with good products at the right price and promptly delivered. What else can I say, but thanks very much for your support and I will be back

Always super helpful, proactive and can-do attitude to problem solving, questions, delivery slot queries and general queries. Extremely helpful and they always appear to be able to tie together previous order numbers, email trails & phone queries. I highly recommend Rubberduck and will definitely be using them again!

Ordered easily, good communication even when DHL failed to deliver, when citing lack of address details as an excuse. Communicated DHL message to Rubber Duck acknowledging that they had applied the delivery address correctly.

Very good as always

Great company, helpful telephone customer service. Order and delivery couldn’t have been better. 10/10
