I’m not too sure what experiences those with negative customer service have received, but for me personally, Scott bent over backwards for me. To calling to let me know a particular T-shirt was out of stock and offering a replacement, letting me change the size of shorts I ordered later that morning to getting them out next day delivery. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

He stands by his products and hasn’t waffled either. The fit on the shorts is second to none (tastily short too, because we all love short shorts) to the T-shirts fitting just right. They don’t ride up when you don't want them to and they fit everywhere they should. Absolutely ideal. I use the shorts recreationally and for phys with work and quite a few people in my unit have pested over them. T-shirts don’t pinch anywhere, my nipples haven’t been rubbed into oblivion (IYKYK 😭) altogether - lovely old

Purchased a few different coloured shorts from Rugby Warfare and I have to say I am so impressed. The quality and fit are brilliant - perfect for running and especially leg day. They are weightless whilst giving great support - they are so comfortable I even decided to take a few pairs to Glastonbury and they were the perfect accompaniment to all the walking that was required.

I’ll certainly be buying more in future and I can’t recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed.

Just received my order after purchasing 2 days ago. Very quick process on delivery and received updates on each part which was reassuring to know. The shorts and T-shirt order are a very comfortable fit as well as looking stylish at the same time. Been buying Rugby Warfare stuff on and off for years for my sons and they live it. Hadn’t placed an order for a while but my boys wanted sleeveless gym tops so straight to rugby warfare I went. Ordered some tops and they arrived NEXT DAY. Super speedy. Very impressed. And my boys will be too. They’ll be very proud to wear them in the gym and show off their bench press PB’s in style! Literally the best gym shorts you'll find, for a bloody good price. Very, very,very impressed!!

Order from Rugby Warfare a few years a good and loved the tshirts, joggers and hoodies. After taking some time away from Rugby, decided it was time to reinvest in some training gear. Headed over to the website, ordered what I needed.
Swift dispatch from the team and came in good time. Quality products that just sats right. Nice and breathable material and again great quality all round.

I love their tees - they are the perfect fit; tight on the chest and arms but looser over the torso. They are longer at the front too so can do lat pull downs etc without bearing all at the gym.

My only gripe is £25 for a tee is too much so I only buy when they have a sale - which doesn't happen enough!

Delivery was swift. Would recommend and will be buying again (when they next have a sale!).

Despite receiving the two hoodies I ordered in the 2019 advent sale quite quickly. They ran quite small which is surprising for rugby stash, I returned them within the returns window asking for a replacement. I received nothing, after a few months I sent several emails asking for a refund. I was told several times ‘it’ll be sorted today’ which is wasn’t. Still £40 down as of Jan 2022. It’s a shame because it seems like good quality clothing.

Will start off by saying a lot of the tshirts i wanted were out of stock in xxl which sucked, hoping they'll restock soon?

Purchased 2 tshirts and a tech jacket using size recomendations they gave. Everything fits perfectly. The quality of the tshirts for the price point is in my opinion unrivaled. Very good quality! Although i will say that i am not sure how long the printed logos will last after several washes, only time will tell. Maybe a stitched/ embossed logo varient would be cool.

Having read a lot of the previous reviews from buyers, one of the main concerns appeared to be lack of communication regarding shipping. This appears to have been rectified. I recieved 2 update emails, 1 when the order was complete and ready for shipping and 1 when the items were shipped. They arrived within a couple of days.

Summary, Good products and looks like they've made improvements to their software for shipping/communication. If they get restocks in my size, i'll certainly be buying from them again.

Fast efficient service from start to finish.

The quality and range of their products are superb. I stocked up on t shirts and am chuffed to buts with my Masterchief jacket

Brilliant Service and Quality, by far the best clothing for people who don't fit the mainstream sizes, as a tall athletic male, I struggled for perfect fitting clothes. Rugby Warfare has got it down to a T. T-shirts and joggers fit really well and the quality is fantastic and reasonably priced. Ordered Joggers on Monday evening received Wednesday morning.

Bought some T shirts and joggers for the first time back in 2019 and more again this year and the quality is amazing, I’ve tried most brands over the years and nothing comes close to Rugby Warfare fit and quality, top work guys

I bought my first pair of joggers back in 2016, now they are they only brand I like to wear for training, climbing and warm-ups.
Very comfortable and a perfect fit for being able to move and relax in.

I ordered a pair of shorts and a t shirt on the 24/11/20. No items arrived several emails exchanged but item still never arrived only for them not to have my order in stock. I’ve been waiting since 23/12/20 for a refund and still nothing. Ignoring emails and messages.

I purchased the ~~RWC tech jacket advertised as waterproof. I wore it a handful of times and then it became non-waterproof (less than 6 months of age).

Despite a number of emails the company refuses to accept that the product is faulty and issue a refund. They just keep saying it is past their 14 days returns period and therefore they will not issue a refund or replacement.

Had a fair few things from rugby warfare now and the service is always on point and the clothing is always the best quality. Definitely going to be buying more!
