Rupert Wood was recommended to us by our financial advisor, and frankly they were brilliant from start to finish. The work was of the highest level, and dealing with the staff was a real joy. In particular, Ellena Quinlan was incredibly helpful, returned our calls and was always highly personable. We are exceptionally pleased with the level of the service we received.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rupert Wood and Son. The handling of paperwork was both slow and careless—documents were completed late and, in some cases, not filled out properly, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.

Communication was also extremely poor throughout the process. There was a clear lack of updates and responsiveness, not just with me but also with the previous owner, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, the service fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

Commercial lease: This was a challenging time for us and Michelle helped guide us and most importantly did not allow the other solicitor to push her in a direction that was not suitable for the company or myself. The only thing I will say is at the beginning the communication was not great and lead to us begin frustrated.
