Awful experience and waste of money.
Went for a battery replacement for a cartier watch. They had the cheek to say it wasn't sealed waterproof after replacing the battery!
Well it was before they put their hands on it.
Clearly have no expertise and I shouldn't have trusted them with an expensive item.
Whilst I was waiting, another customer came in to complain that after spending £800 for his watch repair which took 4 months!! Only a day later and his battery stopped working!
Sure enough the same thing happened to me too. 3 days later and mine stopped working!
I emailed to complain and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply.
I had to take it to Cartier for a battery change and paid twice because they are charlatans.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE nor trust them with expensive jewellery.
