I’ve had brilliant service from SafeLink twice recently, and Graham deserves a special mention. First, he helped me source some replacement buttons for our system — quick, helpful, and straightforward.
But yesterday he really went above and beyond. We have an office building and I’m the landlord, and he patiently talked me through (over the phone, remotely) how to track down a loose wire in the main entry system unit and fix it. Absolute legend. He was incredibly patient, professional, and clear throughout — genuinely excellent customer service.
We had a great experience with SafeLink when we bought the system years ago, and this just confirms it. I’ll definitely be coming back when we need a new system, and I’m very happy to recommend them.
