Although the product was shown as in stock I was advised following purchase it was not. Deliver was finally achieved 14 days later following two phone calls with the supplier.

Thank you very much for your feedback and I apologise for the experience you had when placing an order through our website.
We are keen to offer the best service possible to our customers and therefore we take all feedback very seriously.
Managing out of stock products is something that we are trying to improve our service on at present and we will continue to do so.
I can assure you that it is very rare that products are out of stock as the majority of products come directly from the manufacturers own UK warehouses.
However, as it can still occasionally occur, we will be trying to improve communication between the warehouses and ourselves so that we can keep out of stock products up to date on our website, and we have already recently put in measures to always offer customers an alternative similar product (if possible) when their order is out of stock. I apologise that this was not the case when your order was placed.

Key Secure Deep Slam Shut Key Cabinet 50 Hooks
Good service and quick delivery, but a little disappointed with the robustness of this unit. Having revisited the site, I noticed the 'Robert's Ratings' and had I seen them beforehand I probably wouldn't have chosen this product. I expected a more heavily built cabinet for over £225 - it really doesn't feel like it would repel even a half-hearted attempt to break into it.

I understand that they called you and explained the different security levels of our key storage products to you and the circumstances whereby each type of cabinet should be used. I also understand that they offered to exchange the item for something more secure if this would suit you better.
We hope that you are more satisfied with our customer service now and apologise that it was not as expected initially. We always aim to ensure that our service levels are to a high standard and we will look to improve the website so that it is more clear on the differences between products so that customers can choose the most suitable product prior to purchase, rather than receive something that it not as expected. a long drawn out experience
After placing our order on line we received an email from safe options saying that the product we wanted was temporarily out of stock and although an alternative was available we opted to continue with our original item which would only delayed by a few days . After nearly a week we had not received our order so chased it up. They apologised and said that they would re send it. After more delay and chasing we eventually received our order which turned out to be the wrong product! Another phone call and another delay whilst they sent the correct item. The only positives in this less than satisfactory process was that safe options communication was very good and we ended up with extra products as we were told that we could keep the incorrect items (after being asked to return them whiich we offered to do at their expense).

I am very sorry to hear of the poor service you experienced on a recent order with Safe Options. The item you purchased is sent out directly from the manufacturer warehouse and therefore there seems to have been a communication issue between them and ourselves which resulted in you being sent the alternative colour item, not the original colour which you had requested.
I assure you that we will work to put measures in place to prevent this from happening again.
In the meantime, please do accept my sincere apologies.
Customer communication good but failed to deliver as promised
Placed an order on line for a Saturday delivery days ahead of the cutoff but unfortunately they called up the day before to tell me there was no stock, which was not the case when I placed the order. Wasted my time and caused me issues with my insurance. The plus side is that they refunded efficiently and customers service was good and professional.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that we let you down on this order.
We take customer complaints very seriously, and having personally looked into this, I can see that the manufacturer of the safe informed us that your safe would be despatched for delivery on the Saturday, which we then advised yourself, in good faith.
Unfortunately, when picking the stock to despatch, they realised that their computer system was incorrect and they did not have any stock left. As soon as they advised us of this we let you know.
This is a rare occurrence, although I appreciate that this is no consolation to yourself and I therefore offer my sincere apologies to you.
We will discuss this further with the manufacturer and ask if they can put in measures to try and prevent issues like this in future.
Safe delivered on time and seems fine
Tried to buy one safe but out of stock. Safe Options emailed with alternative which was fine. Addived quickly and works.

Good advice and efficient delivery
The company gave me good advice, replying promptly to my enquiry and helping me to make an informed choice. Then when I came to make an order this was executed rapidly so I received the goods quickly. The courier was fast and the packing sufficient to ensure the goods were received with no damage.

Good customer service
We ordered a safe for home. The first one we chose, the door was slightly warped when closed which gave us concerns about fire rating. It was replaced without any issues and the staff did everything they could to ensure that deliveries & collections were arranged at convenient times even though that was not part of the delivery service.

Waiting, my fault.
Asked to review my experience; which placing the order and the follow up was very good. However I have not received the safe nor an indication of the anticipated delivery. I daresay that will change next week and I will be able to comment further.
Delays were down to me having passed the wrong phone number. Product really goo - fitting guys superb.

I have looked into your order and have found that we have emailed you concerning your order and that our Installation company has tried telephoning the number you supplied, but were unable to obtain a response. I believe that we have since received your preferred contact number and so you should have a call today to agree the delivery date of your safe. I trust this clarifies the present situation. I have looked into communication with your e-mail address and cannot see any record of us sending an invoice to you I'm afraid. The only e-mail I can see is an order confirmation which was sent immediately after you placed the order online.
I also notice that you did not create a password when ordering through our website so you would not be able to log in and collect an invoice from our website. I am therefore unsure what invoice or receipt you are referring to.
However, we are more than happy to provide you with an invoice, and these files are usually very small in size so should not be a problem to download.
Please contact our finance department using accounts@safeoptions.co.uk or 0800 567 7549 and someone should be able to send one straight through to you by e-mail.
We hope that this resolves the situation and we apologise that this process was unclear to you originally.
