Safestore - Hanworth - Twickenham Opiniones 

Safestore Hanworth were great when we first signed up, offering excellent customer service and making us feel valued as customers. Unfortunately, that positive experience did not continue when our lease came to an end.
We asked for a simple one-day extension in order to help us move, but the request was met with a firm refusal and no flexibility whatsoever. I appreciate that the company may have been acting within its terms and conditions, but truly good customer service is about finding reasonable ways to help customers, not just quoting the rules.
The lack of understanding and flexibility at the end of our tenancy overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive experience. Because of this, I would be hesitant to use Safestore again and would not recommend them based on my experience.

As I walked into SafeStore in the Hanworth branch, I was greeted with a lovely guy called Dior.
Very professional and polite.
He helped me with a parcel I need to return.
As I have been let down twice by couriers, using SafeStore was easy.

great service and understanding from the team at safestore hanworth. i came in with a lady who had a van load of items for storage. i was the driver. she was unsure what unit she needed. the staff there where brilliant showing the lady the different size of units and offered hot coffee on a very chilly day. i do a lot of work in storage company’s and these guys rise above the rest with there eager attitude and attention to detail. i am at this facility regularly and always the smile and freindly welcome nothing is any bother . well done. safestore should be proud of you by going that extra mile for the customer. richie. mini movers man and a van

Excellent excellent excellent! We found all of the staff extremely efficient and friendly. The set-up is great - the units are all clean, easy access in terms of parking and there are always trolleys available. They have a good range of units and all are easily accessible as there is a good lift system. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Great experience - clean, tidy and exemplary customer service from Punch today. Yaz and Dior also great, the place is spotless, units very tidy and access easy. Highly recommend.

I spoke to Dior who was kind enough to provide me with a quote for another one of their sites. Dior explained everything clearly and concisely to me regarding the size of the space, the insurance, ID required. Dior was a very attentive listener. Much appreciated for the support today, thank you!

The team at Hanworth SafeStore have been great from the start. They explained clearly how everything worked and provided good detail on the charging and notice periods. I was shown the different sizes of the units and the general customer service has been excellent. Punch is always friendly and helpful as are his colleagues. I can recommend using this service.

visiting this morning on a hot day to pick up school equipment. was greeted by friendly staff and an ice cold bottle of water. was very much appreciated after moving equipment. would recommend. as a sole trader moving goods for customers i have been to hundreds of storages over the years. and some not so great with customers but the staff here are always helpful and friendly. top marks. well done and thanks richie mini movers man and a van

Big shout out to Yas at Safestore who very kindly stayed on an extra half hour after closing time today to enable us to pick up an item that we’d bought and was in storage. So helpful and friendly, great customer service, thanks so much.
