Zerty is wonderful.
I find it very rare these days to find professional friendly service but I have to say Zerty is a great example of how to deal with customers.
Moving can be a stressful experience but Zerty was polite, understanding and extremely helpful.
Her telephone manner and personality always lean to “yes we can” rather than “no we can’t!!!”
