Not helpful at all, unclear on instructions. Bombard you with emails so it’s overwhelming with guidance on when to give notice.

I advised them I wanted to move out beginning of November, and gave 11 days notice to only be charged a further £200 for a small storage unit that will be empty for a month and half.

Asked for a call back to only receive emails. Extremely expensive for what it is!!!

This is an appreciation review to a gentle man at Wandsworth, his name is Ranj. My daughter was absolutely happy with the service but Ranj was so helpful, supportive, kind. He literally helped me with everything and all I did was pay. I am all the way in Milton Keynes, he would remind me of my notice period, reassured me my daughter’s things were very safe and how reliable the facilities are. He explained everything to me because it was my first time using a storage. Ranj made the whole experience easy and peaceful. I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to him. My daughter was very happy and will definitely be using the facility again next year. Thank you 🙏

Greatly impressed with the team at this store. They went all out to help my disabled mother secure a storage and went above and beyond to ensure that everything is ready for her. A special mention to Ranj for always looking after my mother and ensuring that she is well looked after. Thank guys.

Friendly service from office team. Shout out to Ranj who was helpful during my visits to the store; especially on my first visit as it was my first time visiting a storage unit so did not know what to expect.

This is my second excellent experience with Safestore Wandsworth. Both times I called as I had questions, and received helpful replies. Excellent service from Ranj when I came in the other day

I have been with Safestore in Garratt lane, Wandsworth for many years and have always been very pleased with their service. Their employees are very helpful and polite and I would like to give Ranj who works at that branch a special mention as he is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to provide a fantastic service and is a credit to the company thank you.
