We’ve had a really positive experience with SalonSpy so far. Adam has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and has made the whole process really straightforward.

One of the things we’ve found most useful is being able to dive deeper into our reviews and get a better understanding of client feedback. We also really like that we can set our own KPI question, so the feedback is more relevant to our salon and what we want to measure.

We were initially a little worried that using SalonSpy might mean we received fewer Google reviews, but it has actually encouraged clients to refresh their older Google reviews too, which has been a real bonus.

Overall, we’ve found SalonSpy really useful and Adam has been great to work with.

Today I had my colour done at the Ayr campus, and I love the colour. I especially like the fact that the teachers are there to teach the students and give them tuition all the way, which made me feel more confident and heard, as mostly all salons have hairdressers renting chairs, with no accountability to the head stylist.
Also, the prices are very low and affordable.
I highly recommend.

And pre-empting the response given to others: The website doesn't say you need to register and I didn't get any follow up emails in my inbox or junk folder asking me to register. In fact the email address isn't even a mandatory field, so this excuse doesn't even make sense.
