We're now around four months into our journey with the Samuel Leeds Academy, and what an incredible experience it's been!

When we first joined, we had no idea just how much of an impact it would have on our lives, both personally and professionally.

The training and knowledge we've gained have been invaluable, but for us, what really sets the Academy apart is the community.

The support, encouragement and genuine willingness of other members to share their knowledge and experiences is honestly unmatched. You're surrounded by people who want to see you succeed, who celebrate your wins, help you through the challenges and are always happy to offer advice.

We've met some truly incredible people, built friendships and relationships that extend far beyond property, and been given opportunities we never imagined we'd have just a few months ago.

Another thing that really stands out is the additional experiences and opportunities the Academy provides. Most recently, we had the opportunity to attend the Dubai retreat, an incredible experience organised at no additional cost to Academy members. From meeting developers and learning about international property opportunities to networking and making memories with some amazing people, the value of experiences like this is difficult to put into words!

We've gone from starting our property journey to completing our first deals, becoming Inner Circle leaders and building a network of people who genuinely inspire and support us.

It's so much more than just a property training programme. You're becoming part of a community unlike anything we've ever experienced, and that's something you really can't put a price on.

Joining the Academy has genuinely been one of the best decisions we've made. We're so grateful for everything we've experienced, the people we've met and the opportunities we've been given. It's already exceeded anything we could have imagined when we first signed up!

I have just completed World class training on Service Accommodation delivered in Samuel's Leeds' honest and inspiring manner with integrity. The clear modules and flow have given me a solid base and guidance to go out and put into practice what I have studied. My engagement skills and solid networking base have grown as I have built up confidence getting to know local Estate Agents, Builders, Letting Agents, and the wonderful world of on line search engines! All the tools are laid out for me to build on in my own time, with the support of the Samuel Leeds Academy behind me.

I have watched Samuel Leeds on YouTube for a long time and value the information he shared. Finally decided to join the free webinar. The first time, I joined late and missed the beginning so I signed up for the next session. This time I joined from the start to the finish. Guess what - it was pre-recorded! When we got to the end, he said the exact same things and it was the exact same questions from the chat. I gave the benefit of the doubt because I’ve seen these tactics before and it’s a way to save time for the teacher (who has a lot of other things to do, understandably).
I was moved by the value offered in the £97 2 day property training (claimed to be worth over £1000) and decided to sign up. I was genuinely expectant that I would learn and be able to start my journey.

Day 1 - the session lasted around 6-7 hours. After two hours I had a headache because Samuel was just loudly promoting himself, his success and the success stories of others, who had worked closely with him and made money. Some of these I’ve heard on YouTube btw so nothing new. The rest was hype about becoming rich - selling a dream to make people desperate to be apart of what he was selling.

I stayed for over 6 hours and I can tell you that it was 85% as described above - the other 15% was what we signed up for.

Don’t fall for the review responses on here where they reply saying the academy is optional. Absolutely not! That was upsold throughout the first day.
I have time stamps in my notes where Samuel said he wasn’t even going to sell the academy, if we want to join we should speak to our coaches. Guess what? That’s a sales tactic called indifference and it’s powerful. Despite that, he went on to use stories to pressure us e.g the 15/16 year old boy with cancer who persistently reached out to him on instagram to be mentored, had no money to join the academy, and Samuel told him to wait a year - work get the money via a loan, whatever - the boy later got his grandmother to take out a loan for him to join the academy. He apparently became a success and made lots of money in 3 days. He also referred to a nurse who also wanted to join the academy and had no money but an overdraft. His words to her were ‘you’re already broke’. This enabled her to take out a loan also. The academy costs almost £12k guys!

Samuel is using these stories to indirectly pressure & manipulate the participants to take out loans to pay for his academy, during this 2 day sessions - despite hardly providing the value he promised in the free webinar.

I could understand if in these two days we were genuinely taught and equipped with everything we need to start, then after earning we can choose to join, but he spent the majority of the time hard selling academy with indirect sales tactics! He even had the audacity to congratulate the 7 people who (apparently) signed up to the academy during the training - who knows that was true, or if it was FOMO tactic. He also made comments referring to people who join the academy as ‘serious’. Sorry, but I’m not getting into a large debt for anything. If he started from scratch why can’t we? There was nothing in that training that you couldn’t find for free online or via his YouTube channel.

I was so fed up by the end of it. It was all just a sales funnel to get us to the academy. I lost trust in Samuel’s integrity. I sent an email to be removed from the course and refunded. Then I unsubscribed from his social media platforms - he clearly isn’t who he portrays online. He is by large making money from these sessions and exploiting people’s desperation to do so.
Sure you can join the academy, it’s ultimately a choice, but you shouldn’t have to be badgered for two days with hype and sales tactics. The two days should be training (after all we paid!) and focus on that alone!

Furthermore- the review responses on here are full of gaslighting. Don’t believe any of it. They will respond to reviews saying event is suppose to be an introductory one and the structure is made clear throughout, with no obligation to proceed with any other programmes — it’s a big lie! Those of us who have sat through at least one day of this know what we are talking about.
They further gaslight you by claiming the balance of the programme structure/delivery may not suit everyone — big lie! We paid for a training programme to talk about property! Not hype about becoming rich, someone’s success story, upselling of the academy; not unnecessary comments about people being broke & unserious, not negative things people have said to Samuel - but property!

EDIT — why am I not surprised at their response to my review. These people will do anything to defend the company/the brand. And, despite their emphasis on me getting my refund - I always knew I would get the refund so not the point of my review. I write this to warn genuine people who want real value & support, not upselling & hype!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Life-Changing Experience – Highly Recommend the Samuel Leeds Academy!

I can honestly say that joining the Samuel Leeds Academy has changed my life. It has opened up a whole new world of opportunities, introduced me to an incredible community, and allowed me to build some fantastic friendships along the way.

One of the biggest benefits has been surrounding myself with like-minded people who are already where I want to be and who inspire me to think bigger, push myself further, and achieve more. The saying “Your net worth is your network” really is true, and the Academy has shown me just how powerful being around the right people can be.

A huge thank you to Samuel, Patricia, the entire Academy team, and all the leaders who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Academy what it is. The value goes far beyond property education; it’s about personal growth, mindset, opportunities, and being part of a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

I’m genuinely grateful to be part of it and excited for what the future holds. If you’re serious about changing your mindset, growing as a person, and surrounding yourself with people who share your ambitions, I couldn’t recommend the Academy highly enough! 👏

The course was informative, well worth the time invested, and gave me a great opportunity to develop my understanding of HMOs in a practical way. I really appreciated the learning experience and the opportunity to work through the simulations.

Amazing experience. I completed the financial freedom challenge for R2R and within 4 days I had so many opportunities and more knowledge. The support from Jag Khalsa was just fantastic and continues after. Just great, thanks again Jag!

As a new member of the Samuel Leeds Academy, I found the Deal Sourcing Module incredibly valuable and practical. Before starting, I understood the basic concept of sourcing deals, but I lacked a clear system and the confidence to take action. This module provided both.

What I liked most was that the training focused on real-world implementation rather than theory. The lessons broke the sourcing process down into simple, actionable steps, from building relationships with estate agents and analysing deals to speaking with investors and packaging opportunities professionally.

The biggest takeaway for me was learning that deal sourcing is ultimately a relationship business. The module taught me how to approach agents confidently, qualify investors properly, and focus on creating genuine value rather than trying to "sell" people.

I also found the goal-setting and accountability exercises particularly useful. They encouraged me to set measurable targets, take consistent action, and develop the mindset required to succeed in property sourcing.

As someone new to the academy, I now feel much more confident about:

Speaking to estate agents
Analysing potential deals
Building an investor database
Understanding compliance requirements
Taking action instead of overthinking

Overall, the Deal Sourcing Module has given me a clear roadmap and practical tools that I can start using immediately. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get started in property sourcing or improve the systems they already have in place.

I joined the Academy in August 2026 and just completed the BRR Course and I must say the content is really really good. It is very practical and interactive and I enjoyed all the quizzes at the end of each module.

I was frightened of properties before I joined the academy because I thought they were expensive and out of budget but I no longer look at them the same way. Now I drive past a road and I am eyeing properties.

I will highly highly recommend the course and the academy as a whole.

An Excellent Financial Freedom Challenge Experience

I would like to say a massive thank you to Samuel Leeds & Jag Khalsa for the time, support, and guidance they gave me throughout the Financial Freedom Challenge.

They took the time to nurture me step by step, making sure I understood what I was doing and helping me build my confidence along the way. Their knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout the challenge, and all my questions were answered.

One thing that really stood out to me was the accuracy of the information provided. I know this because I took detailed notes throughout the sessions and went back through them to check the information. Everything was clear, accurate, and valuable.

Both Samuel & Jag are likeable characters who make the learning experience enjoyable while maintaining a professional standard of service.

You can tell they genuinely want to help people understand the business and take the right steps toward achieving financial freedom.

The learning portal is also a wealth of information, especially when it comes to understanding Rent to Rent. It explains the process in detail and provides valuable guidance that you can refer back to as you put what you've learned into practice.

For me, this challenge has been a fantastic success. It has grown my confidence, strengthened my understanding of the business, and shown me what I am capable of achieving when I put the knowledge into action.

I would highly recommend the Financial Freedom Challenge to anyone serious about learning Rent to Rent and taking steps toward financial freedom.

This training was a huge eye opener to the reality of properties and how to practically navigate to terain. You could learn or know whats on papers until its time to apply them and so they take you hand to hand to show you the realities and practicalities of doing it. I also learnt alot about numbers,they show you that numbers dont lie and being sincere in doing business brings you to safety of resources. Give it a try and learn and atleast invest in yourself. Grow daily,grow slowly and win big.

What a week, thanks to Samuel for pushing us all week. I have learned a lot from this challenge and as a result implementing a lot of new systems and check. Thanks especially to Martin you have been amazing coach and given me a lot of golden nuggets. Excited for next week ;)

I highly recommend the Rent 2 Rent Financial Freedom Challenge with Samuel Leeds Academy. My coach this week was Ashley Hyland and she is engaging and knows her stuff. She used her extensive experience in running hotels and serviced accommodation to guide us on how to find and stack R2R deals.

Learnt so much this week and definitely was taken out my comfort zone 😅 however feel better for it !!!
