It’s a long story
It’s a long story
Joining the academy was one of the worse financial decisions of my life
I put myself and my credit ratings at risk.
I’m not going to explain because of the limitations on how many words this review can contain.
One thing I’ll beg you for, if you’re reading this is NOT TO PAY THE £10k ACADEMY FEE. You are likely going to regret it. I don’t want you to make the same mistake I’ve made.
A word is enough for the wise

For me, Samuel’s programme is like fuel for a car.
Since joining Samuel Leeds Academy, I have completed many modules, including BRR, serviced accommodation, leadership and, most recently, rent-to-rent.
Every programme has been packed with useful lessons and practical information. The amount of knowledge inside the Academy is incredible, and you can clearly see how much work Samuel has put into bringing everything together.
The training is full of positive energy, practical strategies and valuable nuggets that you can actually use.
For me, Samuel’s programme is like fuel for a car. Without fuel, the car cannot move forward. I believe this is one of the reasons so many people inside the Academy go on to achieve results, because of the knowledge, structure and support Samuel has created.
It has been worth every penny for me, and I am very happy that I joined.

Bulent, this is such a considered reflection on your Academy experience. You have already worked through an impressive range of subjects, from BRR and serviced accommodation to leadership and rent-to-rent, and it is brilliant to hear that the practical nature of the training has remained consistent across them. We especially like your comparison of education to the fuel that helps a car move forward. Knowledge creates the foundation, but it is the combination of structure, support and continued action that helps turn it into progress. We are delighted the Academy has been worthwhile for you and look forward to supporting the next stages of your journey.

Speechless. Only 2.5 months into the course and withouy doubt It's the best course i have ever done. There is soooo much to learn but the structure of the courses enables you to know a lot instantly and how to avoid mistakes. Putting it into practice is the key!😃

What an encouraging update after just two and a half months, Vivien. We are so pleased the course structure is helping you absorb a large amount of information without losing sight of how it applies in practice. You have summed it up perfectly: learning how to avoid mistakes is valuable, but putting that knowledge into action is the key. We hope the months ahead bring even more progress and confidence.

The Joint Venture
The Joint Venture Your Way to Becoming a Millionaire course has provided more clarity on how joint ventures can be formed and is definitely very valuable.
The common belief is that raising money requires significant experience or strong finances, however the training proves otherwise. It breaks down exactly how to identify and attract the right investors, even if you are just starting out.
The practical steps, scripts, and real examples provide the confidence to present deals professionally and build genuine investor relationships. It shows how to raise finance ethically, structure JV partnerships properly, and position opportunities in a manner that appeals to prospective investors.
If you want to learn how to raise money and find solid JV partners irrespective of your background, this course delivers.

Agatha, thank you for such a detailed review of the Joint Venture training. It is especially good to hear that the course gave you greater clarity around forming partnerships, approaching prospective investors professionally and structuring opportunities ethically. Building genuine investor relationships is about far more than simply asking for finance, so we are pleased the practical steps, scripts and real examples helped make that process feel more accessible. We hope the confidence you have gained supports you in building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Building wealth with Property event
I attended the Two day building wealth with property event this week. What can I say, well, the information given by Samuel and his brother was brilliant..yes there was a lengthy sales pitch, but why not, it was explaining what is involved in the academy. I for one did not have 11k at the time, but if I had, I would have been the first to sign up..

Martin Adams, an outstanding coach! A great FFC!
The four day Financial Freedom Challenge Buy Refurbish Refinance course was excellent.
Samuel was as challenging as ever!
Martin Adams, our coach, was outstanding and our group learned so much from him.
Martin has had a lot of experience and is fantastic at forming and maintaining relationships with people in the property business. He shared his knowledge and experience freely with us all and I found him a total inspiration.
It would be great to have Martin as a mentor on the Academy. I for one would be booking lots of mentor calls with him to glean from his knowledge and continue to receive his encouragement and expertise.

Your comments about Martin Adams are especially wonderful to read. His practical experience, relationship-building skills and willingness to share his knowledge clearly made a real impact on you and the rest of the group. We will make sure your feedback about both his coaching and your suggestion regarding Academy mentoring is passed on.

Webinar more like FIBinar
Scam! I was in a webinar that I found on a Facebook ad he was talking for about an hour telling people that whatever he had was worth nearly £5k then at the end he gave it away for £97. I feel sorry for all the people who “invested” as I accidentally refreshed the page after the webinar and the same video of the webinar played again as if it was live and he responded to the same question in the chat as he did the first time. IT WAS ALL PRE RECORDED 🤣. A live webinar where he was answering questions from the chat, the chat wasn’t even real. Wow what a facade, can’t imagine the actual course he was selling

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the experience left you feeling this way. The purpose of the free training is to provide practical property education and give people the opportunity to decide whether they would like to continue their learning with us.
The £97 programme offered at the end is an introductory training programme in its own right and is not the same as the broader training, mentoring and support discussed during the presentation. Any further education with us is entirely optional.
We appreciate that the format of the session was not what you expected and understand why this affected your overall impression. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the team.

Alfred was an excellent coach
Alfred was an excellent coach. He guided me through the course with laser focus, clearly identifying the red flags where I was going wrong while also confirming the areas where I was on the right track.
He gave me a clear roadmap of exactly what I needed to do to get from point A to point B, including everything in between. His knowledge comes from genuine, hands-on experience, which really shows in the quality and practicality of his advice.
Alfred is extremely knowledgeable and wise from having actually done these things himself. He was also very generous with his time, experience and advice, particularly when it came to helping me plan my next steps and future direction.
I came away with much greater clarity, confidence and a clear plan of action. I would highly recommend Alfred to anyone looking for knowledgeable, practical and experienced coaching.
