Lottie, we love the clarity in that final sentence. Having detailed, well-structured training gives you the tools, but recognising that the next step is yours is where real progress begins.
It’s fantastic that you feel equipped with what you need. Keep using the material, take the actions in front of you and build from there.

The experience and the benefit I get from the 2-day course plus Complete Joint Venture Your Way To Becoming A Millionaire is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend taking this course before even buying any of the courses, which cost you a fortune, because you would get the most of the information about what exactly property investing would be like.
I would like to appreciate all your hard work in putting it all together in understandable English, easy to understand, not complicated- to gain knowledge and grow, as I would like to be a businessman.
Best Wishes,
Yonas:-)

Yonas, thank you for such a generous account of your experience with the two-day course and the Joint Venture training. We’re delighted the content gave you a clearer picture of what property investing actually involves before making decisions about further education.
It is also great to hear that the material felt accessible, straightforward and easy to understand. Building that foundation of knowledge can make future decisions far more informed, particularly when you are working towards becoming a capable businessperson rather than simply chasing a quick result.
We wish you every success as you continue learning and growing.

Two Days That Changed the Way I Look at Property – 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently completed the 2-day training course and would happily rate the overall experience 5 out of 5.
The course was extremely informative, well structured, and presented in a way that was easy to understand and follow. There was a lot of useful and practical information throughout the two days, and I came away with a much clearer understanding of the different property strategies and opportunities available.
Overall, I’m very happy with the training and what I took away from it. It has definitely given me plenty to think about, and I’m now seriously considering taking the next step and joining the Academy.
Many thanks again to Samuel, Russell and the whole team for two very informative and valuable days.
With my very best regards,
Francesco

Francesco, we’re delighted your two-day training experience earned a full five out of five. It’s particularly good to hear that the structure helped make a large amount of property information easy to follow, while still giving you practical insight into the different strategies and opportunities available.
Whatever you decide about the Academy, you now have a much clearer foundation from which to assess your next step. Thank you for your kind words about Samuel, Russell and the wider team.

A wonderful learning experience...
I have thoroughly enjoyed learning with the Samual Leeds Academy. The training is excellent, eveything is broken down so you can understand it in detail. It is brilliantly structured so even a busy person can pop in and out and continue learning from where they left off. I cannot recommend it enough. The support teams are absolutely fantastic, expert people available to assist you in every situation. Thank you everyone on the Academy Team!

Just finished doing deal sourcing training, which was very informative and educational concerning compliance and methods of importance while finding deals and packaging deals. It's a lot of information, but information that is necessary, if you are a serious business person.

Morris, you’ve highlighted an important point about deal sourcing: the compliance and packaging side may involve a lot of information, but it is essential for anyone who wants to approach sourcing as a serious, professional business.
We’re glad the training gave you that depth rather than skimming over the details. Thank you for the great feedback, and we hope it serves you well as you move into implementation.

I signed up for the 2 days course…
I signed up for the 2 days course following attending a free webinar by Sameul . during the Webinar Sameul has advertised about the 2 days course (97£) and how much money we can save to join these 2 days and how much we will learn to acheive the big dream !!
during the 2 days course , sales techniques were very aggressive again , and again I ended up to sign for the academy course , took a big loan from my bank . I realised very quickly I have made a huge mistake repeatedly . I put my family in huge debit .
I requested a refund , the process was very slow , difficult , and has affected my mental health on every day basis .
I was within my full legal right to have a refund as I requested a refund on the second day of purchase , purchased the course online , and has not used any of the course material or engaged in the course in any shape or form . however it is still took 20 days to refund me .because of that I had to pay interest to pay the loan back.
I am certianly concerned on the impact on vulnerable people !!

For accuracy, we did process a full refund of £11,897. To give the exact timeline: your refund was agreed within 3 working days of your request, and once your payment details were confirmed, the refund itself was fully processed within 10 working days - in line with the timeframe we advised you of throughout.
We wish you all the best with your future plans.

I have just undertaken 4 days of an intensive Financial Freedom Challenge. It was not easy, it was definitely a challenge but that’s what made and will continue to make a difference to me. Being part of this Challenge, has disrupted me. It has shaken me from my auto pilot behaviour which I did not even realise was there. It has kicked me out of my comfort zone and you know what they say about the comfort zone “It’s a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.” Thank you Samuel and Jag! I appreciate you both. Samuel, for the opportunity and Jag for being my personal mentor for the 4 days. I would highly recommend the Academy for anyone wanting to become a property investor.

Amma, what a powerful reflection on your four days at the Financial Freedom Challenge. The fact that you describe the experience as having disrupted your autopilot and pushed you beyond behaviours you had not even recognised says a great deal about how fully you embraced the challenge.
We’re delighted Jag could support you so closely throughout those four days, and that Samuel’s training gave you the opportunity to test yourself in a very practical way. Keep hold of that momentum as you move forward with your property journey.

I have just completed the FFC Deal Selling Challenge and it was 4 days of full-on learning, implementing, and being pushed out of my comfort zone. The group I was part of were all wonderful, encouraging people who helped each other along the way.
Our coach Albert Lis was second to none, I highly recommend him and he is a great asset to the Samuel Leeds Academy. He is very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was attentive and really helped push me out of my comfort zone, doing so in a caring and respectful manner. Thank you so much, Albert I don’t know how could have gotten through this week without you!
The Samuel Leeds Academy is brilliant on another level. Everybody is supportive and genuinely wants to help each supports each other, cheers each other on. If you're thinking of doing a property course, I highly recommend this above all the rest.

Samantha, this is a fantastic reflection on what the Deal Selling FFC can feel like when you fully commit to it. Four days of learning, implementing and being pushed beyond your comfort zone is demanding, so having a supportive group and a coach you trust makes a huge difference.
Your comments about Albert being knowledgeable, attentive and able to challenge you in a caring and respectful way are particularly appreciated. We’ll make sure he knows how much his support meant to you during the week.
It’s also wonderful to hear how strongly the wider Academy community came through for you. Keep hold of that confidence and continue taking the actions that once felt uncomfortable.
