Best experience EVER when buying a car
You will not find a better garage to purchase a car from. SO helpful, patient, friendly and non pushy it just makes you feel so at ease and for the first time ever it made buying a car a pleasant relaxing experience. Massive shoutout to Declan Sweeney (our sales guy) and Ange Frankland (retail manager) for their lovely, friendly approach. Dec thank you for your patience!! Highly recommend and this garage will be our first port of call when we come to replace our Mini.

I was sent an email as a loyal mini customer of 9 years to test drive a mini Electric. I fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it and purchased one the following week. We dealt with a lovely girl called Fran Wood at Huddersfield Mini who got me a fantastic deal and gave me lots of advice on electric cars. Poor Sales Experience
Unfortunately, i was disappointed in the lack of communication. Made a sales enquiry with serious interest in a Mini Hatch Works and promised a video of the car and more information which was never sent. Very strange and unprofessional behaviour from a main dealer and as soon as I complained on the online messenger service a call came through…..
Bit of a pathetic apologetic message left by Chris??? Come on guys, try harder and give the customer service you clearly strive

Our experience at sandal mini Huddersfield was second to none. From arriving in the showroom to leaving with a brand new car. Fran Chris and Chris were so helpful answering all our questions. Everyone was so polite and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very relaxed. When we picked up the car everything was explained in detail. We really felt like personal customers. I would not hesitate in recommending sandal mini to friends and relatives. They go that extra mile. Fran you looked after us so well and you were so patient with all the questions we asked. Sold a used mini with four faulty tyre…
Sold a used mini with four faulty tyre valves.So much for checks done by the highly trained BMW technicians.They should have noticed the wear on the outer edges of the new front tyres and low air in the tyres a basic and dangerous error,makes me think of over areas they’ve over looked.So much for purchasing from from a prestige brand like BMW .
