You can absolutely trust the quality of Sansi products. Every lamp I've purchased has satisfied me. Customer service's pre-sales consultation and after-sales support are also very prompt. I will definitely repurchase from them and even recommend them to more friends who love gardening.

Never again SANSI Light – worst customer service.
One of my lamps became defective after just a few months, and it’s clearly a technical issue. Now they want to send me a replacement – but I have to pay for the delivery of something I’m not responsible for. They’re selling overpriced junk, and that’s deceptive, as they know customers have no real choice – otherwise, they’d have to pay for expensive repairs or buy a completely new lamp.

On top of that, it’s simply against the law.

@sansi light. I know you told me about the delivery cost. However, you shipped it into the European Union and therefore it's not legal to force customers to pay that. Get informed before you answer here.

I ordered a four-armed growlight. When I got it, one of the lamp-arms wobbled a bit. I contacted customer service and got a quick response. They sent me a new one which arrived quickly. Growlight works perfectly! Definitely recommend :)

Do not order from Sansi directly. They will not refund your money.

I received broken items, probably because they had been shipped only wrapped in plastic film and not in a box safe for shipping. Support hasn’t responded to my email for three weeks now even though they state on their website that they will respond within 24 hours. Furthermore, the products (light bulbs) I bought were describes as suitable for indoor lighting and shown in living room setups, but inside the packaging you’ll find a warning saying that looking at the lightbulbs will cause damage to your eyes.

I guess the company relies heavily on marketing to new customers like discounts and partnerships with influencers, because I can’t imagine they have many return customers.

Very disappointed. Definitely seems like a scam.

I visited the sansi-led site looking for grow lights and clicked the link to their grow light bulbs and from there a link to a sale. It seemed like a great sale with 2 for 1 and it made me buy 6 bulbs. I didn't notice that while going from grow bulbs to sale that it presented me with ordinary lights and i bought useless bulbs. Found out about it since my plants were dying. Response from support was autogenerated and not replying to my questions so i tried contacting amazon and weirdly enough they seemed to help me as i got a reply instantly from a person that would help, but 2 days later its back to not wanting to help as it was my own fault. Initially they offer me 15% of buying value to keep the bulbs and now they offer me a 15watt bulb for the 2 x 40 watt bulbs i bought. I feel robbed and tricked and would absolutely not recommend you buy from this site.

I ❤️ Sansi grow lights. Just the right lighting and matches and not clash my home decor. Besides, they are really affordable and you guys often can get discounts on their website. Really good job! Absolutely LOVE Sansi😍
