I placed an order 3 weeks ago
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Immediately received an order confirmation and the online order tracking at saroze.com showed that a UPS shipping label was created that same day. Now 3 weeks later, UPS has never received the item. I have emailed saroze.com requesting a real order status and/or a 100% refund. After a few more days, I will contact authorities and financial institutions to report this experience.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - Do not order from them. Delivery took over a month. The material was very poor quality and they would not let me return any item that was the wrong size.

Loved the dresses and top. Well made and as they were pictured. The two piece outfit was a bit 'old' for me, so it made a good gift for my Mom.

I have bee trying to send back the order and they will not give me the address to send the order back to get a $103.98 refund. they offered me $18 refund and I can keep the order. the sweater and blouse are too small for me. what good would that do. very bad company. BEWARE OF SAROZE.........NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
