Bit of a story on this one. Placed an order for Father’s Day on June 3rd arrived June 8th wow what great service right…! I feel that was pretty organised and plenty of notice! Come Father’s Day package is opened to discover 5 of the sauces I ordered were missing…making me look a bit mean for Father’s Day but no worries after explaining and contacting customer services I was told I’d get the sauces I had ordered and an additional one as an apology. Which I gladly accepted and waited for the delivery to come… so a week or so later received a vague email about issues with distribution but no clarity if I was impacted or not. I thought I’ll wait it out they are going through a transition phase which is hard for any business.

It has taken many mails and 3 further ordering attempts later to get the missing products to my door… 1st order went missing, second order Amazon delivery damaged and had to return and finally order no 4 made it to my door almost 6 weeks after my original order.

Im sorry to say I am not sure I’ll ever use this company again and definitely cannot recommend them until they fully sort their distribution problems which is a shame. Good product, efficient customer service in terms of communication but distribution choices are just too poor to make this something I want to buy again.

We ordered for Father's day and found our delivery was delayed! The team emailed promptly and kept us informed what was happening every step of the way. When we received our order it came in a beautiful gift box and most importantly we'd made one Dad very happy... he adores the brown sauce which is absolutely nothing like these nasty tasting brown sauces I'm traditionally used to! P s) you've got to try the Amarillo Chilli Jam i could eat it with a spoon... don't ever stop making sauces we're addicted 😆

This is my second time ordering, love the sauces so much, very good for the money, using natural ingredients and I am very pleased.

Bought as a present for my husband, and he absolutely loves every single one of them. So tasty and still the right amount of hot! This is the second batch i have ordered and won't be the last.

Fab range of delicious sauces and some excellent deals. Quick delivery, well packaged. Have enjoyed every single sauce we have tried.

Have been thoroughly enjoying the selection pack which I bought for the whole family and shared out according to taste and heat.

Great service. Was a little disappointed with the mayonnaise- I like it to be creamier and it was a little “ vinegary “
The other sauces that I’ve used have been very nice.

I have been ordering from Sauce Shop for a few years now. The sauces are delicious, the whole family loves them. The range has expanded in variety over time, so there is always an opportunity to try something new. For the last order we tried the Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce, it didn’t disappoint and is a new family favourite. And Sauce Shop’s customer service/ delivery times have always been outstanding. Sauce shop is our go-to sauce shop!

Fantastic selection of sauces. Swift delivery. I’m having a family barbecue this weekend so I’m sure they will all go down a treat. Fantastic customer service and communication as I bought a condiment box for the sauces which arrived damaged. No problem as after a very quick response from the sauce shop I soon had another delivered to me in no time. Will definitely be purchasing from them again. A+++++

I had my original bundle box as a Xmas gift and was completely blown away by the quality of the sauces. The traditional flavours, Tomato Ketchup & Brown Sauce, evoked memories of how sauces from my younger days tasted. I found all the sauces of a quality that far exceeds the standard supermarket offerings.
Having worked my through the Xmas pressie, I order some of my favourites, Tomato Ketchup, Original BBQ and Brown Sauce. All arrived within days.
I have read some of the One Star reviews and these appear to relate to a recent outsourcing to a third party being used for packaging and despatching orders. I am sure this will only be a temporary glitch as the Sauce Shop appear to be tackling the problem.

Incredibly impressed, we haven’t come across a thing we don’t like and we bought a bundle, have recommended to so many!

Love the sauces and quick delivery. Wish I could find a bigger variety in my local supermarket so that I didn't have to pay postage. Making an effort to look at the ingredients in the food I buy so I've swapped some of my old brands for these no nasty ingredients sauces. I like the sizes and containers but one of the tops doesn't always close properly. Would purchase again but needs to be a larger order to justify postage

The sauce shop is THE BEST.
At first, condiments were just something to add to a meal.
With sauce shop, we look for a meal to add to our condiments.
Best sauces: pineapple habanero, honey siracha and Amarillo chilli jam.

I’ve been a subscriber for over a year now, best decision I’ve ever made, would rather cancel Netflix than forego my sauce shop order every 8 weeks

The sauces were delivered no problem.
I like the fact that they're are made out of natural ingredients, however, why do most of them have to be so spicy, too acidic for me.

Delivery was quick, packaging was minimal so no extra recycling!
We’re working our way through our variety box and so far everything has been perfect. Thank you

Their sauce is out of this world!! Its so fresh it tastes like I’ve homemade it. It’s delicious which means I definitely haven’t. Doesn’t taste anything like these processed sauces with all the bad stuff in.

I’m writing this review because I noticed that there have been a sudden wave of negative reviews for the Sauce Shop recently. As someone who has ordered from them regularly I wanted to say that my experience with their service and the sauces themselves have never been anything other than exceptional. From the review it seems like they changed delivery service recently and it didn’t go well. I would encourage anyone who was negatively affected to not hold it against the Sauce Shop. Some spicy sauces sacrifice flavour to just get the heat they want. These sauces are all about flavour and they never fail to hit that. My favourite sauce is their Buffalo Hot Sauce, swiftly followed by the Spicy Breakfast Sauce. I’m also a big fan of their Ranch Mayo which is a nice cooling complement to the hot sauces. All the orders I’ve placed have been prompt and have always been complete with no issues or missing items. The only thing I would say, is that I hope they look into making some milder versions of their sauces. Unfortunately I can’t eat as much hot sauce any more due to a medical issue with my throat, but that does mean what I do order lasts a long time. Definitely give your support to a small business like this and don’t judge someone by their worst day!

Fabulous sauces, never going back to the well known brand I used previously. Full of flavour and no horrible Sweetner aftertaste you get with so many of the main brands. Excellent service, well packaged. A bit more expensive but you really do get what you pay for.
