Sadly these arrived after the rain I was expecting, I understand they had a lot of orders, so at the moment I haven't used them yet, look well made though, so I still think they'll be perfect when I do my other water butt's.

Excellent product , finally we got rain in the South and my water butts have finally started to feel up. Product definitely worth it. Definitely recommend it and outstanding customer care.Thanks

I already reviewed the Rainpod system once, but having bought another, I keep getting bombarded with emails asking for a review. Please read the one I already posted (June 16 2026) and stop wasting my time.

Poor delivery service and wrong item sent twice.

The original order was received quickly. A problem with a damaged casing, probably caused during delivery, was resolved satisfactorily after a few emails clarifying the issues.

setting up of the pipes is very straight forward.
there was an issue with the the down pipe. My water butts consist of 4 wine barrels, they sit just under the window at ground level. The barrels are 80cn H, however the Rained down pipe is 90cm H.
This means the barrels will overflow before the Painpod overflow kicks in. This means I can not use the Rainpod down pipe.
It would have helped if the web site gave the sizes of of the down pipe,

Simple and effective, durable and well designed. The staff were helpful when I needed to change my setup and delivery was quick.
As UK summers become hotter, drier and longer, small innovations with big impacts like this should be lauded.

It’s a great bit of kit. Strong, sturdy and works like a treat. Can’t believe how much water it stores and how quickly it does the job.

Love it, works brilliantly, I now have 2.......just need the rain !!

And we had a very sensible email conversation to check our rather unusual address to make sure we get our goodies.

Excellent service from Rainpod.
We received good advice when querying additional parts we may need to complete our installation.
Ordering and delivery were as expected. There was a slight issue with a broken part due to shipping damage. But a replacement part was dispatched quickly with no fuss.
The product has also lived up to expectations and is working perfectly.

I got what I ordered on time.
The product itself is very good.
