Ordered Authentic Light Indigo Boyfriend Jeans. Sadly original parcel not delivered. Contacted Customer Service and my issue was resolved quickly. Kept informed throughout. Replacement received and jeans perfect fit. Special thanks to Holly who helped me through the process.

I liked the look of the clothes but my purchases ended in disappointment. I ordered 2 different items in different sizes. Neither of them fitted anywhere in spite of making checks about sizing before I bought. The dress - a size smaller than I would usually buy, was like a tent and made for a woman of Amazonian height, making the neckline, shoulder line and sleeves a disaster … likewise the sleeves on the top (my usual size) in a mesh fabric meant they wouldn’t stay up when I turned them back. I am 5’ 3”. As S&D offer petite sizing, I lost the will to live over exchange. If petite sizes are offered I may try again. However, at £3.95 for postage and then again for return the purchase risk from S&D has really put me off.

I absolutely love Scamp and Dude clothes (and ethos!) but for the first time ever something I had bought I didn’t like, so I sent it back but after returning it via InPost it had got lost. I contacted Scamp and Dude customer services and the brilliant Debs had sorted a refund within minutes. The customer service is as brilliant as the clothes 😊

I love scamp and dude. I’m one of their original customers from back in 2016!
However, I’m disappointed that a company that is now stocked on next online, has reported significant growth and is a multi million pound company, still charges for returns.

… a bit stink to say the least.
It’s put me off purchasing especially when the sizing is a little inconsistent across the range.
They’re no longer a small brand and free returns is a little nod to say - we appreciate you, their customers.

I have had to contact scamp and dude a few times with some questions about the preloved area and an exchange that I needed and their customer service/support is amazing. They respond to emails instantly and answer the phone. They treat you like you’re important and sort issues instantly. I will keep shopping here because I know they actually care. (Debs was amazing).

Excellent customer service - an IT glitch meant to couldn’t return/exchange my items but customers services sorted it out for me within day. I forgot to include the free gift I had with the original order and as a goodwill gesture I was able to keep it. Alongside this kindness - the clothes are of good quality fit and stylish!!

Great customer service in honouring a discount retrospectively due to a stock issue. Debs was extremely attentive and resolved my issue quickly.

Really love this company. They have original and different designs which stand out. I have bought a bag, a dress and some sweatpants and they have all been really good quality and well made.
Their customer care is fantastic. I recently spoke to Deborah and she was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company

I love their clothes and have bought many items from them over the years. Recently I made not one but two stupid mistakes on an order. The customer service team were very kind and understanding and rectified it for me without any issues for which I was very grateful.

I am a big fan of Scamp and Dude for many reasons!! Will split my review into positives and negatives to give a balanced view. However, I have to say Scamp and Dude is my first choice go to for new clothes.

Positives;
- Bright, vibrant prints
- charity products and the ethos of giving back
- the Scamp and Duders Facebook is an excellent resource for seeing how clothes size up and a general, uplifting group of women supporting each other
- customer services team are fantastic. Prompt and friendly help, especially Debs

Negatives
- no free returns
- sizing is inconsistent (Facebook group is a great place to see how items size up. For example, I am an 8 in the zip dresses, and a 10 in tea dresses)
- prices are on the expensive side (but quality is generally very strong)

I've purchased from Scamp & Dude regularly over the past 4 years and I always have a fantastic experience.
The quality of the clothes is excellent - they wash well, last ages and feel really well made. You can tell a lot of care goes into the designs and materials.
Their customer service is outstanding every single time, and Debs in customer services deserves a special mention. She has been exceptional whenever I've needed help, she is super friendly, responsive and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference.
I love Scamp & Dude and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I came across Scamp & Dude via an instagram ad and having had my fingers burnt many times with poor quality products I was skeptical! However the bag I ordered arrived and it was fantastic quality! Reversible and exactly what my partner had spent months looking for. I ordered directly again for a coat in the sales and trusted my gut with the size, which was wrong! Sadly they’d sold out but the customer service was fantastic and a refund was immediately issued! It will be spent on another item when she chooses what she wants :)

Hubby purchased me the navy and neon pink wool coat as a Christmas present. On opening loved it however since Christmas I have worn approx 7 times and the pilling on it is awful and ruins the look of the coat and just appears scruffy. I contacted Scamp and Dude to express my dismay and sent photos to which the reply was it was normal with wear! I have only worn it a handful of times! Very poor quality and would not recommend buying from scamp and dude. I wish I had checked trust pilot reviews as there are more reviews on here re poor quality. I have left a review on their website and will be interesting to see if it is published. When I replied to their email expressing my disappointment I just got the same reply so basically £220 for a very poor quality coat after a few wears! Shocking!

Amazing customer services!!
Holly helped me to order two gorgeous coats that were out of stock online.
I was directed to the stores branches in Battersea and Cambridge
Ellie was also amazing and arranged for the coats to be posted directly from the shop.

Very disappointing. I fell for the social media hype, ordered a dress in the sale. Given that these dresses are £120 and upwards full price, I was surprised that the fabric felt thin and cheap, seams had loose threads hanging, pretty badly made - no better than you would get from Shein or similar for a tenth of the price. Sizing is huge - weird vanity sizing perhaps?? I'm a 12-14 and ordered a size 10 as reviews said to size down. Still way too much fabric and fitted like a tent - not flattering at all. Decided to return and was disappointed to find I had to pay £3.95 for the 'privilege'. Needless to say, it's doubtful I'll be ordering again.

If you are buying for a gift get it delivered to another address. Even though I asked for plain packaging they still sent it in scamp and dude printed packaging so it ruins the surprise.
The clothing seems okay.

I ordered an item as a treat for myself, next morning I heard that my car had failed its MOT & it was going to cost! So, my treat was an expense I could suddenly not afford.
I emailed the company to cancel the order and then noticed they had a phone number so called in hope of cancelling as soon as I could.
The lady on the phone could not have been nicer! She was warm, friendly & completely understanding & cancelled the order, confirming refund by email.
I am going to back to this company as soon as my finances allow. The service is obviously impeccable. 😁

Wow, what can I say other than excellent customer service. At this time of year with parcels taking forever to arrive or not turning up at all it can all feel a bit stressful so imagine my surprise when I got actual real time updates from the customer service team (shout out to Holly). It’s just nice to be listened to and feel that something is being done. Regardless of issues I had with courier companies that’s not the fault of Scamp by any means and they couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
