I ordered a jacket yesterday and needed to upgrade delivery to next day. Customer service were brilliant and have upgraded delivery free of charge for me. I’m looking forward to receiving my jacket very soon.

I ❤️ their clothes - from posh frocks to comfy lounge wear to PJs ….. and even my mugs!
It is rare that I have to contact Customer Service but whenever I do they are GREAT!
Yesterday I placed a big order aiming to use my birthday gift vouchers but pressed pay by accident (knew hubby would divorce me) but Heather sorted it all out this morning so as not to spoil our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️.

I purchased an item which did not fit and was shocked at their return process.
For a relatively expensive company no free returns label! Come on guys get with the gang, so few clothing companies now that don’t cover return costs.
Will definitely put me off of buying from them again.

The customer service ladies are always amazing. Their response times are very quick and they are always able to resolve any queries or handle any requests. I love the clothes; the sweatshirts and hoodies are the softest cotton and the dresses always make me feel amazing

Special shout out to Vicky in customer services! I recently ordered the parka as it was on offer over the weekend, I wanted to delay delivery by a few days as I didn’t want it arriving while I was away on holiday. Vicky sorted this for me, ensuring I saved via the offer and the coat arrived on my return. My 6th purchase, always good quality, love the ethos of this company, the charity partnerships they work with and the friendly, reliable service.

scamp and dude is my favourite clothes shop. delivery always good when buying online. products are great quality and flattering styles. i bought a dress and t shirt recently in brighton store and the assistant was lovely and friendly. the ladies in battersea store were too. please open a store near me in portsmouth!

What can I say! The quality of the clothes is amazing. I love the fit guide on the website so you have an idea on sizing if you want it to be a bit bigger or baggy etc.
I have had so many compliments on the clothes when I have had them on. I live in the tracksuits when I am at home, flying, travelling, they are so comfy. I love what the brand stands for too and I will definitely be buying more 💗⚡

A friend of mine recommended Scamp & Dude to me, hadn't really heard of them but LOVED the items she has been wearing. Visited the Cheshire Oaks outlet and what an experience, so sad to see this is shutting but am planning a visit to the Marlow store for a weekend away. Great choice, great quality, sizing was great, couldn't recommend enough. The staff were also extremely helpful and polite and welcomed me to the duding world! xx

Purchased the leopard print dress. First purchase and likely to be the last. Odd sizing … elastic very tight on sleeves compared to dress size. Material looked cheap and overpriced. Not very flattering ….
Sent two items in error then had to separately deal with return of both.
Had to call customer service 4 days after item was returned to chase refund. Customer service was polite and assured me refund will be processed however 7 days later after return and STILL waiting on refund ! Not ideal.
A lot of hassle and very time consuming.

I honestly could not fault Scamp and Dude in terms of the quality of their clothing or the customer services if you have an issue. The clothes are well made (sometimes the sizing can be a little generous) but if you have any issue’s whatsoever they are resolved promptly and with no quibble by their excellent customer service team. Buy with confidence and embrace the joy they this clothing brand provides.

I purchased Neon Pink Organic Cotton Quilted Lightning Bolt Oversized Bomber Jacket from Scamp & Dude. I love the quality of the jacket!! 💖 The communication was extremely smooth as well, they answered my questions in minutes via email after my purchase. When it comes to delivery, honestly I was expecting it to take at least a week or two to arrive, considering it was international shipping from the UK to The Netherlands. Surprisingly I was well informed about the delivery schedule, and it took only two days! I am so happy with my purchase.

I love the dress that I ordered from Scamp & Dude, it’s very flattering for a lady in her 50’s. I did have an issue with delivery but I cannot thank the customer service team enough for their help and quick response to resolve the problem.

From start to finish Scamp &Dude were fabulous - I ordered a dress but with it arrived wasn't quite right. I opted for a gift card as knew I wanted to order another . Time was against me and after contacting them we agreed to change to a refund and ordered another dress and they refunded the postage
Nothing is too much trouble. The dress was perfect!

Oh my ! First time purchasing from this company… expensive but what lovely quality and fit bought size 12 hoodie and matching cosy joggers.. can’t take them off!
