I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Let me break it down as clearly as possible.

1. Not to be confused with "SCENTED SAMPLES" who are actually legit/great to purchase from.

2. "Scent Samples" mix some kind of glycerine or other ingredients to the fragrances to heavily dilute the samples which ends up smelling funky/weird and almost nothing like the originals. Also very oily and shiny on the skin compared to the real fragrances.

3. I purchased LEGIT samples to compare the several I bought from "Scent Samples" and they were a completely different experiences. Scent Sample were clearly fake or diluted compared to the legit samples, including different colours of juice. I bought Black Afgano samples. The Scent Sample one: light purple, lilac colour juice. The legit sample: dark purple, almost black. A big difference.

4. Ordered this end of last year but I'm still so annoyed that I had to warn others. Don't be fooled by their new website look either. They will never improve or change, their business is pure deception. I will never stop warning people against these fraudsters. Spend a bit more on legit samples instead of buying fake/diluted cheaper samples.

Sad to see so many bad reviews. I've had over 30 sample over the last 3 months and can say with honesty that all but 1 or 2 were bang on the money .Just spray once or twice on the back of your hand .After the alcohol as evaporated you should be left with a shine of the perfume oils this should last around 4/7 hours for a good quality fragrance. The gucci alchemist lasted all day .I trust them

I ordered a nasomatto sample which I’ve never sampled before so can’t comment on how it should smell but this smells…well generic and weak not something that would make arron terrence hughes praise,no projection or longevity and doesn’t resemble the notes that should be in it…

It's disappointing that the company doesn't respond to emails; delivery is generally fast. However, this time, one of the samples leaked, and the bubble wrap was covered in the liquid. Order #19384

I'm surprised at the reviews for this company. I've used them many times as well as many other decanting services. All have been good, including scent samples and there's nothing I've received that I consider fake. So I felt I should do this review to give them a boost. Please look at all the other reviews I've done. You will see that I am a big fragrance buyer and therefore experienced and knowledgeable in fragrances. You'll also see that I take time to leave a proper review, whether positive or negative

absolutaly terrible firm, totally ignore any messages you sent them after they have got your money, i tried to cancel my order and the but they just ignored all correspondence (ps and the scents seem fake smell differet and dont last as long as the real one ) STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Sample is clearly not real as I have another sample of the same fragrance from a different website which smells completely different....this is either watered down or a cheap copy. Did not reply to my email asking for a refund. Do not use

Company is dissolved yet the website still trades? It's a very suspicious setup here, do not trust it, do not get burned.

What a waste of money. I bought 2 samples of Oud Maracuja. Surprise surprise, they smelt different. The rest smelt nothing like the original. Do not buy. What a waste of money

Some of the samples were missing, have received different ones instead.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. COMPANY DOESNT EXIST. NO REPLYS TO EMAILS. NO TRACKING SENT. CONTACTING MY BANK TO BLACK LIST THEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK. DISGRACEFUL

Turned up pretty quickly but like others have said, mostly watered down or fake. The only one (out of 7) that had any sort of projection was the most expensive, so no idea what’s going on. Used the service to test before I bought any, but sadly will have to discard these tests and reorder more samples from elsewhere. A shame.

I’ve bought from them over a dozen times in the past few years and have had almost no issues. The samples usually arrive quickly and I haven’t encountered any fakes yet. However, on my most recent purchase, my order was mistakenly delivered by Royal Mail to a different address. The attached photo clearly shows the parcel being posted to a different door – definitely not mine. My door is white while the proof of delivery photo shows a black door. Naturally, I contacted the seller when I discovered the error and explained the situation. Although it’s not their fault, they still have the obligation to deliver my purchase to me. They should send a replacement order and then apply for a refund with Royal Mail, as I was told when I called Royal Mail customer support. It’s the sender’s responsibility to fulfil the order when the fault lies with the delivering partner they’ve chosen to work with. Unfortunately, Scent Samples have ignored my email. I sent a follow-up but haven’t received a response yet. It’s also unacceptable that they don’t have a customer support telephone number. While I haven’t needed it so far, it’s evident from many reviews that others have. It’s a shame because if they don’t rectify this, they’ll lose a loyal customer. It’s very sad when sellers like this one can’t appreciate the value of a long-term customer.

Over the years Ive purchased from this website on many occasions, sometimes you do receive a genuine but others times it clearly a fake. I have compared my genuine bottles to the samples I purchase to use when travelling. I would says its not worth buying from them as you just don’t know what you will receive. The customer service is also non existent.

I had a sent sample of gucci intense oud that smelled different but similar to the sample that I sprayed in the shop ..Good job I checked before I bought it ..bought 4 samples all together but im not sure I trust they are original

They send either extremely watered-down or fake fragrances, and the "contact us" form is a sham. You don't received an email to confirm you've messaged them, and they don't reply, even if you email them on the same address they send order updates from. The phone number you can find through Google isn't in service. Now I'm £120 down and about to go through the arduous process of lodging a PayPal claim. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have been using this company for a few years now and am very happy with the items and quality of them, have seen people saying that they sell fakes which i will say never had a fake one from them i have purchased full size bottles of the samples i have received and they are the same fragrance
The only thing I would say is they are a bit slow to answer emails but they do answer them and always fix any issues ,I will keep using this company for my test samples before buying full size bottles

Tracked delivery. prompt. I ordered a 10ml sample of Creed's Bois Du Portugal. I was initially perturbed due to overall reviews after making my purchase. I must say I'm pleased with my order, most definitely not a dupe and wears really well, much as I remember.
