Liz did a great job of our Evonex install, overcoming various networking challenges to get everything completed on time. Ref 3080218

Liz was excellent from start to finish. She clearly explained everything and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. She installed new network ports and a communications cabinet in our new office area and replaced our faulty Wi-Fi access point.

By the end of the job, all working ports were live, the Wi-Fi was fully restored, and everyone was back online with good network speed.

Liz was thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before signing off. Highly recommended.

David Britten was incredibly helpful with my query and got it resolved as quickly as he could. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get what we needed and communicated well throughout.

Tim was excellent at installing a new phone system in our school. He was met with a few problems when attempting the initial install, which he worked tirelessly to resolve. 2nd attempt went smoothly and Tim was very patient and accommodating to meet our needs and additional requirements. He took time to explain the new system and was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

So far, we are very pleased with new system and equipment and the additional benefits it brings.

Fantastic service of installation of new machine - all data transferred as it should be (wouldnt even know i am on a new machine) :)

Tim has been excellent over the past two days installing our new network switches and access points. He was efficient, patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Despite some inevitable initial downtime, he explained everything clearly and worked methodically to ensure the system was set up properly and little distribution was made to our business.

The end result has been a significant improvement, and we’re confident the speed and reliability of the new equipment will be a massive benefit. We very much appreciate Tim's hard work and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
