Service is very good but lacking delay communication
Service is very good and this is the 2nd order placed. This time it took longer and it would have been helpful to receive an email due to the delay in waiting for items to be in stock. Eventually got through on the phone to check on my order. Delivery updates are very good and quick via DPD. Nice quality items.

Ordered both school jumpers and…
Ordered both school jumpers and cardigans for my primary aged children.
All items wash and dry well and are hard wearing which is ideal for every day wear. I got 20% which is an added bonus as I feel the products are expensive.
