Poor communication and service!

Ordered from this company, and expected delivery to be within the dates provided to me, only to be told delivery was delayed when I questioned the item not yet being dispatched. I wrote to this company 4 times over a week, and each time had no reply. I then received a refund, but again no communication to inform me of this. Poor communication and a shocking service!

Received Black.
Telephone numbers given, advised by company that no one will be able to help.
Email sent. Remains un acknowledged.
Returns advise sending back by recorded delivery. Further advised that I will not be reimbursed for recorded delivery.

A* Perfect service and quality school pumps

Absolutely excellent I got school pumps for myself to wear on the commute to work they were too big returned and was refunded within a few days reordered and delivered within a few days £6 absolute bargain faultless service and great quality product
